On the road, pleasant.

The only reason we booked this room was to have a hot shower before heading to mundi mundi bash NO hot water the night we arrived or in the morning Do not stop at this place

We had stayed at this motel before and we found it quite reasonable and comfortable. However, on this occasion we were very disappointed. See comments below. Pros: Location was good. Room clean, air conditioner worked well. Cons: Room very small and cramped No wardrobe or coat hangers Uncomfortable mattress Only one chair provided No table, just a small bench top with just enough room for one person Only saucers provided - no plates or bowls Almost useless wooden disposable cutlery No space for toiletries in bathroom nor was a face cloth provided.

Our room was terrible. Broken front window (that the manager told us not to worry about), exposed electrical conduit running down the side of the entrance door, room and bathroom were tiny and furnishings old and cheap, the fridge was also tiny with an iced up freezer that was unusable.

Drive 13 hours from queensland, got yelled at by drunk *u**s drinking on the deck next to the entrance while i was driving in to the motel, and they kept gobbing off while i was getting my key, got into my 1970s room, ate all the biscuits, had a terrible 4 hours sleep in that awful bed and left before the sun came up. Waste of 150, should have stayed in my van.
