Have issues with the app to get paid and then start to send me messages and calls to complain about it. Once they forget that I did business with Ctrip and they should talk to Ctrip instead of asking me.

Costo efectivo Limpio y prolijo sin lujos Buena ubicación Desayuno simple y destacó los huevos revueltos Construcción no es linda , no te gusta en general pero el hotel es limpio , prolijo y cómodo. La cordialidad de la gente de recepción y limpieza vale la pena destacar Muy buen trato

The hotel never answers calls and they have charged us the full 15 nights in May we are not able to board and when we are calling them they don't answer and never give an email ID we lost more than 2000 USD worth of booking I hope that they communicate

Clean room with private bath. Had to ask for more than one towel, but it was delivered quickly. No place in the bathroom to put accessories (very small sink and no shelves). Shower curtain cut at the level of bathtub causing leakage. Our main complaint was high traffic noise throughout Saturday night. However, location on the prado provided walkable access to many stores and restaurants.

si no fuera por que la ducha no funciono el agua fría, estuviera excelente, obviando ese detalle todo hasta el personal estuvo muy bien, trato muy amable, desayuno el ambiente. etc.
