비교적 낡은 시설이지만, 친절하고. 깨끗 했습니다. 고산지대라 많이 쉬어야 하기 때문에 휴양지로 선택하면 좋을것 같습니다.

Usamos varios cuartos, en la mayoría los tvs son chicos, pero los cuartos están muy bien, cómodos, limpios , con frigobar vacío y espaciosos con placares grandes completos ( caja de seguridad , plancha, secador de pelo etc) El gym es muy básico , no hay mancuernas solo una maquina global, la cinta no anda. El desayuno es a simple vista basico, tenes que solicitar huevos y cosas que no veas ahi. El personal es un 10, super atentos, serviciales , resolutivos y agradecidos. Nos paso que llegamos al checkin de noche, tomas ( encargado de ese turno) nos gestiono todo para poder resolverlo al dia siguiente.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas. Habitación y baños muy pequeños. Muchas habitaciones tienen poca iluminación. Demasiado ruido en los pasillos. La atención del personal se rescata,al igual que el desayuno. La piscina es buena. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación en 2 oportunidades.

唯一積極的一點是工作人員非常有禮貌並且隨時待命。其餘的都沒有達到預期。房間很小，整個飯店都很冷，由於噪音很大，無法使用空調。淋浴的水溫不高，冬天不太舒服。早餐很差而且品質中等。

Well, like everything else in life all good things come to an end. I’ve been staying in this hotel for five years, it is the only hotel that I stay in when I come to Cochabamba. And just like everything else in Bolivia they start off really well and then quality goes down the hole with time. My room and everybody’s room to my understanding comes with free breakfast. When I went to go have breakfast they told me it was not included in my room, and that I had to pay for it. That’s OK cause it’s not that good anyway so I went to go eat somewhere else. I stayed for two nights and I could not used to pull any of the two nights. They tell me they’re heating it up and it takes one whole day to heat up. I stayed here from Thursday through Friday there’s not much to do in this town, and every time I come here I stay in the pool most of the time. Don’t give me that crap! Plus the guy that took care of me at the beginning when I checked in was clueless on customer service. What a shame that once a good hotel is turning to crap 💩!!!!
