Moquette au sol à l’hygiène douteuse, bloc climatisation extrêmement bruyant, propreté aléatoire. Si vous êtes nostalgique des années 1980, cet hôtel est fait pour vous ! La vue est belle des étages élevés mais sauf à bénéficier d’une grosse promotion, cet hôtel est à fuir.

You are lead to believe that this is an ocean front property through *******. It is not…..it is back row. We didn’t even have an ocean view room like we expected. Our car was completely spotted because of the sprinkler system, so we had to find a car wash before doing anything that day. Not the fault of the hotel, but the hotel had no water due to busted pipes the day we were leaving. This lead us to have to deal with *******, who ******!! Don’t ever use *******!!! They will not refund you a penny out of their own pocket and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! An hour and a half of talking to a guy who claimed his hands were tied and that he is the highest person in management, when asking to speak to his superior! He was awful, and should never be one on one with customers. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel staff though. This hotel was wonderful because of the people who work there.

We had no water next day morning till noon. And then no hot water for all remaining days. So logically speaking they charged us for most of the services that were completely absent for us. Instead we had so much uncomfort because of no water first and then we can use only for bathroom but no showers since no hot water.

I had to cut my stay short due to a Hurricane (Idalia). I ask if I could receive a 2 day credit for future use do to my early departure. The front desk said no, rudely. Due to my 3rd party booking. They also charged me for parking, due to my 3rd party booking. I have stayed in several Hampton inn’s throughout the country, I always booked my stays directly with the Hotel. This is my first experience using ******* and my last. If the hotel staff treats people like garbage who tries to save money it’s not worth it. They overcharge for everything else to try to make up the difference.

Overnattede 1 nat her, og det er et fint udgangspunkt for besøg hos Kennedy SC. Stranden er en af Usas smukkeste. Fin lille pool. God morgenmad, helt Alm kontinental i Amerika. Spiste på Cocoa Beach pier - god mad - bedre end mange burgerbarer

We could not get room service to clean our room, so we had trash over flowing. Had to call for more towels, but the phone in the room didn’t work. The a/c would not cool down enough. We were there to watch a rocket launch…didn’t happen. Fire alarm went off next morning of departure waking us up early from being up late from launch that never happened. Sand stayed in room because nobody ever came to clean.

Well let’s start off by saying that the rooms haven’t been updated in the last decade or more. It wasn’t as clean as I thought a Hampton should be. We also got woke up to a fire alarm early in the morning.

Unfortunately I really had a bad experience is the first time a holiday inn disappointed me stains on linens,sofa the worst was the toilet looked like had never been fully cleaned just the surface I’ll never stay there again

Did a horrible job up keeping housing. Floor was cover in water from ac. And when we came in a tile from the wall was off.
