福朋喜來登可可比奇海灘酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach)

Suites alle nach innen liegend ohne Tageslicht. Der Pool ist etwas abseits . Service etc. war ok

처음으로 cocoa beach를 방문했는데, 크루즈를 타기위한 최고의 위치였습니다. 직원들은 너무 친절하고, 최고의 호텔이었네요. Pool은 기대와는 달랐지만, 위치 및 다른 모든것은 완벽한 호텔이었어요

The photos of this place do not match up to reality! The pool is in a parking garage and the beds that were there (maybe 6) definitely weren’t clean and bright as shown on their ad. Our “premium room with a beautiful view” overlooked the hotel atrium which look straight into a surf shop. The aquarium shown was closed for maintenance. We’d booked and paid for a 5 night stay to visit the Floridian east coast, we’re so underwhelmed by this hotel we left after 1. Avoid unless you’re staying for 1 night to go on a cruise or elsewhere.

Stayed here the night before our cruise. The safe didnt work due to low battery. There was only a blanket for the pullout couch and i told the front desk more bedding would be needed. After waiting an hour still no bedding and it was passed my kids bedtime so they were very tired. I tried calling the front desk and found out our room phone did not work so i had to walk down there and let them know the bedding did not show up. 20 min later still no bedding so my husband had to go down and get it himself .......unbelievable

I didn’t stay at this, property upon checking in the room was to dirty to stay

We left to walk to the beach the maid asked if we were checking out we told her no. Came back and everything was made up and we were told we were already checked out when we returned to check out at noon. There was no friendly smile to greet you just a man whom looked as though he hated his job. Felt rushed to get out of my room!

The air conditioner in one of my two rooms didn’t work. The hotel is kind of awkward, both in design and appeal.
