Overnight stay . Great quite location and clean in the room.

Stay was comfortable

The room was clean and the spa was nice. However, I felt that it was highly overpriced in comparison to the other motels we’ve stayed at in Coffs before. Inside the room there was a very tiny tv that we could barely see so we used our laptop instead to watch movies. There was a a kettle for coffee but it wouldn’t fit under the bathroom sink (which the flick mixer was loose and flopping around) so we had to fill up cups of water to pour into the kettle. The location we stayed at had a very noisy family next to us and the children they had were constantly screaming and the doors were constantly being slammed open and closed. I could have overlooked all of this and gave it a decent rating but I cannot because of the price we paid to stay there. I expected better than what we got.

Such a horrible experience. After driving from Sydney to Coffs Harbour arriving at 9pm, my booking had been cancelled. As it was the long weekend, there was no other accommodation available in Coffs and i was left to sleep in my car. Booking conditions were PAY ON ARRIVAL, so why are you trying to authorise the card before arrival and special instructions were added informing the hotel that i would be arriving around 11pm. Spoke to the abusive human called Sarah at 9pm who hurled abuse that the hotel closes at 7pm. The attached photo clearly shows that I will be arriving at 11pm which as per their website can be accommodated for with prior warning. I booked at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. This place cannot be trusted to hold your reservation for your arrival and Sarah is extremely rude, shouldn't be dealing with customers face to face and doesn't give a crap if their customers are forced to sleep in their cars due to the hotels error. Never experienced such poor service and being hung up on by the hotel. Have raised a complaint with ******* for this booking.

Dirty and run down - carpet badly stained, beds and linen in poor condition, shower walls delaminating, tiles and other paint work flaking. There was very limited sound insulation from the carpark, and an insufficient number of parking spots for the number of guests.

Property was nice and good area. The staff working there was NOT ok. She did not say Hi or Hello and did not smile at all, someone stuck up.

Never got the lock box code for after hours check in and had to chase it up and was rude on the phone and had mold on the sheets

Room was adequate, clean and tidy.. Facilities were good. Bathroom/toilet was 'pokey' and difficult to move in. Would help if they cut off the corner of the wash basin shelf to make room. . Fire extinguisher appeard to be half hanging off the wall and beeped every hour or so. . Curtains near door were totally useless when it came to block out light. There was a security light immediately outside my door, they were left on all night meaning the room was 'lit' by the light entering above the curtain. I used a pillow to hold the curtain against the wall to block out some light. . There was no natural air getting into the room. I could not open the window as it was next to the passageway past other rooms. I could-have left the air-conditioning on, but it was noisy. . I would not stay in that particular room (#1) again, other rooms may have been better.
