Such a horrible experience. After driving from Sydney to Coffs Harbour arriving at 9pm, my booking had been cancelled. As it was the long weekend, there was no other accommodation available in Coffs and i was left to sleep in my car. Booking conditions were PAY ON ARRIVAL, so why are you trying to authorise the card before arrival and special instructions were added informing the hotel that i would be arriving around 11pm. Spoke to the abusive human called Sarah at 9pm who hurled abuse that the hotel closes at 7pm. The attached photo clearly shows that I will be arriving at 11pm which as per their website can be accommodated for with prior warning. I booked at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. This place cannot be trusted to hold your reservation for your arrival and Sarah is extremely rude, shouldn't be dealing with customers face to face and doesn't give a crap if their customers are forced to sleep in their cars due to the hotels error.
Never experienced such poor service and being hung up on by the hotel. Have raised a complaint with ******* for this booking.
