I booked through *********** but wanted everyone to be aware of the customer service (or lack there of) this hotel provides. My stay was supposed to be from 6th-14th of August. The hotel was more than happy to email me requesting that I send them half of the funds for my booking. They even threatened to cancel the booking. I happily paid the fees to the hotel. On the day I was meant to fly out, I came down with a terrible case of food poisoning and was unable to travel. I requested to cancel through *********** with a refund. I really only want the refund of the second half of my booking. *********** has attempted to call and to email the hotel and been ignored. They recommended that I call. I’m still not recovered so I emailed the hotel and was ignored. My husband called on my behalf and the person he spoke with acted as if she didn’t understand and recommended that he email. She then gave him an invalid email address. Luckily, he found their correct email address on their Facebook page as the hotel website conveniently does not have it listed. He’s also been ignored. When he tried calling again, the call went to voicemail. I am a reasonable person. But I do not appreciate getting the run around. I was really looking forward to my trip and so disappointed that I was unable to go. I was hoping for some courtesy and hospitality from this hotel and have received none. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. They very clearly are only out for your money.

Hôtel bien situé. Juste la rue à traverser pour se rendre à la plage. Chambre spacieuse avec magnifiques couchers de soleil. Restaurants proches. Proche du centre et du port. Les Calanques de Piana à 45min. Merci à Jean Claude et sa fille pour leur gentillesse.

Lasciamo stare l’evidente decadenza dell’hotel e la pulizia approssimativa delle camere….. servizi pessimi , no wifi , no frigo in stanza , ok condizionatore, colazione scarsa anche se la vista e veramente eccezionale , potrebbero fare molto di piu’. Peccato.

En famille a 4 Hotel insalubre, Peut être en cours de rénovation ? Cela expliquerait notre expérience.. Chambre au dernier étage équipée d'un pauvre ventilateur bruyant, 34 degrés sans la chambre. Porte de la salle de bain manquante, Douche insalubre et inutilisable, Pas de lunette sur les toilettes, Un grand réfrigérateur au milieux de la pièce, à plein régime, inutile et insalubre. Alèses des matelas jaune et froissées, Accueille étrange, pas vraiment de réception. Non avons demandé le remboursement.

Très belle chambre spacieuse et belle terrasse, Accueil et convivialité, Ménage effectué tous les jours, Abondance petit déjeuner, La piscine n’est pas utilisable, Restaurants à quelques mètre, sur la plage La montée vers l’hôtel, un peu abrupte
