Hotel service is very worst staffs are very very irresponsible to guest and not come hot water

We are really regretting for booking this hotel. There is no amenities as mentioned. Restaurant is not there n food should be bought from out. Hot water facility is not available. Should wait for solar water. Toiletries are not given except towel n small soap. Kids had to suffer without hot water in this chill weather. Staff are behaving rudely for any query

The receptionist was a bit arrogant. We reached around midnight and rang the desk bell as the staff were sleeping. He became very agitated because of it. The second day morning the tv didn't work and was not repaired despite many appeals. Hot water is not available after around 9 am. Beds are very hard and very uncomfortable. Room ambiance is good and clean. Location of the hotel is very much appreciable.

Hot water in bathroom comes only from 5 am till 9 am. They dont provide dental kit rooms, pillows, bucket each and every place even taps have a sticky layer if you touch them. There are cockroaches

Service was good and well infrastructure and good ambiance. Staffs welcoming really good. Particularly sathish helping me well

Our recent visit to Dense Resort gave us a pleasant surprise by its ambience,densely covered by mangroves and herbal plants.Being under the foothills of Top slip it is a perfect resort far away from the maddening crowd to drench into bliss,happiness and tranquility. An experience that lingers in the mind for ever.

Room neat and clean. Staff courtesious. Nearby bus stand and eateries. Can choice for comfortable and wonderful stay

Very worst room and old infrastructure remote not working dnt given dental kit shampoo no break fast

Prime location but not worth it for the paid amount. Bed quality needs to improve. Not accepting driving licence

Overall good except lift is not from gf. And too small for 3ppl with a small bag and no geyser in the room.

The hotel is neat and clean. Hotel management is friendly. But parking done on the road side. But they had security for that. Overall i had confortable stay.

This is not a hotel it's a lodge. Facilities ok as per lodge standard. They have upgrade the booking style. Also pols request them to provide at least the basic need for hot water in the room for 24hrs

Waste of money, no mineral water, no hot water for bath, no intercom in room, waste of money worthless stay.

The hotel is good for it's cost but has poor hot water service. Rooms are clean and staffs are curtious. However, considering other options around, the price can go bit low for it's quality
