基斯科爾格蘭茲酒店(Kiscol Grands Hotel)

一次非常令人失望的住宿，不幸的是我提前預訂了 1 週，否則我會更早退房。 在我入住的 7 個晚上中，我有 3 個晚上斷電，並且沒有恢復供電，因此依靠 CPAP 呼吸機我無法入睡。 更糟的是，有一天晚上，經過漫長辛苦的一天，我晚上 8 點左右回到飯店時，熱水完全沒了。我上報了此事，但​​不斷被搪塞，被告知將在10 分鐘內處理完畢，所以我會等待45 分鐘/1 小時，然後才打電話給接待處尋求更新，並連續幾個小時被告知同樣的事情。最終在凌晨 2 點，我因筋疲力盡而放棄了等待，不得不嘗試在不洗澡的情況下睡一覺，但在晚上再次失去電力，所以又是一個不眠之夜……難以置信！ 我遞了一袋衣服去洗。兩天后，袋子被退回，充滿了嘔吐物的氣味。我打電話給接待處，他們派人到我的房間。他認為這是不可接受的，並詢問是否可以重新洗衣服，所以我同意了。第二天，衣服回來時聞起來一模一樣。我很失望。然後我被指責不明白這是用肥皂洗乾淨的衣服的“氣味”？！？ 我決定受夠了，搬了飯店，並帶著我的衣服去新飯店洗。 如果您想要一家安靜的飯店，請不惜一切代價避免入住。

Stanze confortevoli un po piccole per 3 persone .. Organizzazione lenta e un po caotica.. La stanza vicina alla ferrovia si sentono i fischi dei treni, quindi i tappi sono utili. Il ristorante e colazione molto buona.

AIzul. Dharmender. Esha. Ganapati. Rana. All.are great hosts and chefs. The hotel location is okay but service is awesome. A seven star experience. Super place Prices rock bottom. Service top class

Very helpfull staff. Bhaskar took very good care of everything. Definitely coming back. Food is also great here both lunch and breakfast. Room was very clean n tidy. Will recommend this place to friends and family.

Kisco grant hotel was the best decision we made. Something that cherished our hearts during out stay in Coimbatore was the polite nature of every staff in Kisco hotel. It has the perfect location, clean rooms, and excellent service at an affordable rate. It is located near Ganga hospital and so it is convenient for patients as well. Thank you Kisco for making our stay in Coimbatore heartfelt.

Wonderful service. As an entrepreneur, I can see that Mr Bhaskar, the ***ager, knows how to ***age staff and guests. He was very helpful in every aspect. The chef Mr. Ganapathi is one of the best chefs that I know (BTW, I know best of the best chefs as we are into a premium meat business).

My family really enjoyed the stay in Kiscol grand. The day i landed on the hotel was my birthday and the staff made my day by setting up a birthday decoration. Rooms are super clean and food is awesome. Thanks Kiscol for giving such a wonderful experience. Hats off to Milton General ***ager for driving the system flawlessly.

Stayed here from June 29 to June 30. Room No 211. The Property: This is a very conveniently located hotel, in Tatabad in Gandhipuram. A nice secluded (but not isolated) area, away from the main road, away from the bustle of the traffic, yet closely connected. Retail stores, market area, eateries are just at a walkable distance. The Place: My room was very well lit, welcoming oodles of sunshine. Large and comfy, sparkling white sheets on the King sized bed, a properly working AC and Wifi, and clean and comfortable overall. Charging plug points on only one side of the bed though. Aqua area decent, but with a half glass partition in the bathing area. The Platter: The breakfast was not lavish, but not bad either. But natural the South Indian food, and then a couple of local sweet preparations and juices put in for good measure. The People: Mr Baskar, the property in charge and the Front office ***ager, is a charming person who welcomes his guests personally, and actually means it. He and his team go all out of the way to make their patrons comfortable, and it is a delight connecting with them. The Proclamation: Good place, of course I will visit here again the next time I am in the city.

Our entire team was staying at the Kiscol grand for an event. The booking process was really smooth, the staff was very courteous and the rooms were very clean. Thank you for the hospitality. It was a really good experience. Mr. Milton and Mr. Bhaskar were very helpful throughout.
