Room had been partially renovated, but the low-wattage lights made the room dark. Shower hot water was a fine spray and not very hot. There was no soap/shampoo in the shower - tried to get some at Reception but it was unattended and did not respond to phone. Eventually had to decant from the hand basin wall-mounted unit into a cup and then get into the shower. Carpet was 'sticky' - presumably a long time since it was washed/shampooed.

Close to restaurants and shops.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the modern decore. Unfortunately the split system did not put out a lot of heat in the room even though it was on 30, so it may need to be checked.

Comfortable bed, hot shower and close to all facilities in Colac.

The room has a very tiny shower and the tiles need to be renewed or really good cleaned. The AC doesn't work properly

the property was clean and well kept inside. easy parking outside the unit.
