Very old hotel and terrible front staff.

The hotel is not good at all

After a long day of flying we decided to spend the night in Atlanta before driving back to Augusta. The hotel is very clean. The bed was wonderful as were the pillows. The room also had plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging all our devices. It was good to get a good night of rest before driving home.

Forgot my wallet and my phone died, but the folks at the front desk at 10pm were more than helpful. They provided me with a charger, so I could call my son who brought me my wallet…. All good. Room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom clean too… nice stay

Extremely friendly and accommodation g staff! We had a flight cancellation and it was a very frustrating and irritating time but upon arrival at the hotel, the staff moved quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come again. Breakfast was amazing!!

After a terrible day of travel, I ended up at the Wyndham courtesy of Delta Airlines. My day got better the moment I reached out to them by phone. They got me there quickly from the airport, checked me in without delay and continued to check on me throughout the evening because I had been so frazzled by the day. The staff, from check-in, dining and shuttle services, were all wonderful and professional.

We were put up here over night by Delta, due to a missed connection for an international flight . I can't comment about the price since I don't know what it was as Delta picked up the tab! But I'll share the good and bad. The good: It is a newer hotel, the rooms were spacious and the public areas attractive. They had a decent bar and a restaurant, where the food was good enough (for an airport hotel!). The breakfast was also good and every single one of the staff was super friendly and cheerful. The bad: this is a big one! The shuttle took FOREVER both from the airport and then back to the airport. We waited at least 15 minutes to get to the hotel and it was almost full and could only take 4 of our travelers, leaving 16 behind. They only have one shuttle so it would have been another 30 minutes before the next one - so we all took a taxi. Then the next morning, the 11 am shuttle didn't arrive until 11:45 and even though we told the front desk that we were 16 people, they did not bring the bigger shuttle. Once the driver arrived had to walk to the bigger bus and swap it out. Because of the shuttle mess, I gave it 3 stars. If you take out that problem, it would be 4!

This hotel is a lovely crown to put on your head or your team's head when facing the kind of crises that usually land you in an airport hotel. It is more than "gem" but an entire "crown" full of gems. It is family owned and even in a crisis they welcome you like family "yes come over we can work something out." The chef is Italian and one of the best chefs I have ever encountered in the US. Every meal of our two day stay was perfect from the Chicken to the Rib-eyes to the buffal mozzarella cheese salad. The facility was classy and understated--very simple and elegant and lovely. The staff--from the front desk to the cleaning staff and person driving the shuttle--were tip top. I intend to make this small airport hotel my stop off on any trip north on I75 whether air related or not. It is more like a boutique hotel than a hotel. Bravo to the owners and the managers! Wait till the Delta management discover the food and decide it is their hidden get away place for meeting!

Hotel was very clean . Our room was very clean too. The bed was very comfortable with like new sheets. The bathroom was well stocked and the towels were like new also. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The best pillows I've slept on. Had the best ever steak for dinner - in fact I had it 2 nights in a row.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. We were disappointed that breakfast was not complimentary and cost $15.99 per person. We opted to go elsewhere. There are restaurants nearby. Overall our stay at Wyndham was pleasant .

Clean and comfortable rooms. A nice bar area and restaurant, the front dest employees were very kind and accommodating.
