淋浴壞了而且堵塞了，遙控器也壞了，顧客不是很滿意！

The property looks too old and has very little maintenance. There were cockroaches and ants in the room, the TV was not working, and we asked for help, but we received no help. The front desk was limited to talking. The breakfast facility was good for my family and me at this rate. The bathroom was comparatively nice with good hot water!

Pool was clean. Property seemed clean and it was quiet. My only issue was a broken handle to the door which made it hard to open. We were offered another room but we were already settled and we’d be gone in the morning.

The room smelled so bad, like mold stale air. The ac was not on, management said it should have been on. Our room was in the back building, passing so many work trucks. It felt unsafe, the workers were hanging out outside some of their rooms. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. The room as u mentioned smelled so bad the air freshener we used only masked the stale moldy smell. The bedspread had a burn mark in it. Yes, I know you get what you pay for, but I felt it wasn’t worth the stress and discomfort to stay. We were in town for Graduation. Andrew was very helpful and really tried to convince us to try another room. At that point I was afraid of the possibility of bed bugs, and overall safety.

Last minute reservation. High prices for hotels overall that weekend, otherwise probably wouldn't have stayed there. It's an older hotel. Door was hard to open from the outside, screen falling off the window, refrigerator with ice buildup, bathroom tile and walls were cracking and separating. Beds were hard. But linens were clean. Sufficient for our needs.

My first room waa completely unacceptable. The door would not lock. Bathroom tiles were cracked wirh evidence of mold and unrepaired water damage. Tub had rust ring. Commode lid was broken. Bed was rock hard. Staff agreed to allow me to move. The next room was better, but needed a remodel. Outside noises were loud and made sleeping/resting difficult.

No amenities. Room felt very damp. Holes in ceiling, holes in tub surround, holes in the wall, water damage on ceiling, all drywall seams are failing, half lights didnt work, other half a very very dim yellow, foundation appears to be failing under the floor. Room was clean but property is nearing the point where it should be torn down.
