Absolutely worse hotel ive ever attempted to stay at, the pictures are all lies, rooms are disgusting, water stains on walls from leaks, you can smell mildew/mold in the rooms as soon as you walk in. I couldnt even stay the one night with my kids there I couldnt guarantee there saftey in the room and definitely out of the room.

The main office was closed we had to go register at room 106. Of all the construction going on, my vehicle ended up with a flat tire. The mattress in my room seemed that it was old and very used up because the middle of it was sunk in. The website for this hotel had pictures that didn’t match the availability. There’s also a discrepancy in the amount charged by the hotel and *******.

The pictures on ******* are old and do not represent the current condition of the property. Property is being remodeled. It should not be open during this. Lobby is blocked off and not serving breakfast. While my room had been remodeled and updated the new tv and cable box only worked the first night after I complained. When I checked in there was a smoke detector chirping in an adjacent room and could be heard from my room. It took 1 1/2 days for that to be fixed. First night was miserable. Exterior and all common areas have peeling paint and some level of disrepair. I stayed for three nights and never had any housekeeping service. No bed making, clean towels, sweeping or trash disposal. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

They say that breakfast is available, however it definitely is not!! That is one of the main things i consider when booking a room, so i was very disappointed to learn this. I wouldnt have booked here had i known. Also there is no working ice machine on the property at all.. very disappointed

parking lot had construction materials covering half of it but likely just temporary. Honestly a solid get what you pay for pick. One of my rooms lightbulbs in the lamp did not turn on and it left half the room pretty dark the whole time without having to open a window where anyone can walk up to it and look in. Was able to hear a bit of noise from room next to me at times.

There was minimal parking due to the construction going on which also meant checking in at the “Office” was in one of the rooms. Our room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts littered all around the parking area. The picture on the small TV was messed up, but still functioning. On a positive note, all of the sheets and towels smelled clean and the bed was comfortable.

The place is being remodeled so there was no breakfast and the room we were originally put in smelt like mold. When I asked to be moved the following day I did have a nice gentleman help me and move me. The only problem was that the second night someone tried opening my door because they had no idea that someone was in that room. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. It is good for the price and the location is very convenient to many restaurants ,retailers, and entertainment and recreation.
