Staybridge Suites 克利奇站(Staybridge Suites College Station)

De inicio la atención en el front desk fue muy pobre, poco amigable. La habitación no se sentía limpia, la calefacción no calentaba bien, el agua caliente del baño no era lo suficientemente caliente para el frío q hacía, no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto, cuando bajamos a desayunar a las 9:30, prácticamente ya no había desayuno. No lo recomiendo, fue un hospedaje caro para lo q ofrece.

Management was very inflexible and rude since had to checkout a day earlier due to emergency , was not able to refund the extra day and booking thro ******* made it even worse. The support team from ******* first promised refund later denied thro email. Overall Worst experience.

Hotel cancelled my room when I arrived after a 6 hour drive. They kept checking in people after I arrived, yet my room was cancelled because the previous guest did not leave (what the manager told me after multiple conflicting stories). Don’t understand why they didn’t assign another room. Only one person working the from desk. All this, during a football weekend in College Station!

I did not get to stay at Staybridge. I booked the room via ********** and have done that for years. The manager deleted me from their system and gave the room to someone else.....they said my "card" was not guaranteed, therefore they deleted me. I have booked rooms like this for years and never had a problem! Staybridge personnel did not have the courtesy to call me to verify that I was going to use the room. I only found out by calling Staybridge....and they told me I was cancelled!! Aggies, beware of this place! I will never stay there again. VERY poor service with shady Manager.

I have plenty of pictures of all the bugs we killed and hair and dirt in our room. The lady checking out behind us this morning as we were trying to beg them to clean up the rooms said she found a flashlight in her bed. She was leaving immediately because that meant the sheets hadn’t even been changed between guests! This place is so so so gross! It needs to be shut down for fumigation from the City of College Station.

We stayed for 2 nights and did not have hot water to shower and shave. Also the room temperature gauge was not working properly and it was freezing outside and cold in our room. When I mentioned this to the front desk they apologised that they only have 2 water heaters for the whole hotel and when it gets full they always have this problem. If I knew this I would not have stayed there.

The hotel was very clean. There seemed to be someone cleaning something in the hallways, elevator and public bathrooms all the time. It appeared to be an older hotel that had a complete remodel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, especially the yogurt bar was very good, too.

The rooms are good size with more than enough amenities for a reasonable price, would def stay here again!

Noon checkout: other properties checkout by 11 made for a rushed morning. Amazing positive difference having an hour to relax after a full night out at Santa’s Wonderland. Definitely will choose Staybridge for next visit. Breakfast was “ok”. Waffle good. No bacon 😟. Breads dry & hard. Closed at 9, too early.
