Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities and is a private unit. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. The space can accommodate up to 4 people 1 queen and two fold out beds Please message if you'd like to bring. Portable crib and all linens provided for children under 2. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. We welcome pets and there is a pet fee. The space does not have a stove ,oven or dishwasher, but there are plenty of tools to cook with. We allow well behaved pets and dogs on leashes when outdoors. Smoking is permitted on the porch only. Our clean up and check out protocols are relaxed, you are our guest! We have a small farm store on site featuring eggs, honey, soap, candles, and more. This is the country, if you are looking for luxury our spot likely isnt for you. If you are looking for a cozy cottage and love animals and the great outdoors book with us. We live onsite, we allow our guests to determine interactions. Complete privacy is respected, this is your getaway. If you would enjoy a farm tour and interacting with us that is welcome as well. Our livestock is most active morning and evening. We have 19 alpaca, 4 emu, 6 goats, and a lot of feathered friends including turkeys, ducks, guinea, & chickens.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:For their safety dogs must be on a leash. There is a $50 dollar pet fee.Do not feed any animals on the property.,Enjoy the sunsets and sunrises..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.Smoking indoors will result in a fine..About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
