On a cliff side and overlooking the bay with direct access to a creek (small sandy beach and gravel). Residence "Les Roches Bleues". On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Collioure, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Shop 1 km, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Collioure" 2.5 km, pebble beach "Plage de l'Oli" 200 m, diving center 3 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (27 hole) 25 km, sailing school 2.2 km. Nearby attractions: Château Royal de Collioure 2 km, Port Vendres 1 km, Banyuls sur Mer 8 km. Please note: no lift. 2-room apartment 25 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with 2 beds. Balcony 6 m2, east facing position. The apartment is ideally located, not overlooked, quiet. Planned for 4 people but cramped (the table unfolded, you can no longer move around). The table is not dangerous (retractable legs that cannot be locked) The lighting in the bathroom is poor (we sho
