Had a great time

The TV picture quality was not good. Also the choice of channels were insufficient. For a person who stayed 14 nights, it was boring because this was lacking.

We got accommodation in your hotel during our quarantine period. Like most of the people who go for quarantine, we also came to the hotel with desperate thoughts of how to stay inside a room for two weeks. But we were so fortunate that we have come to a place where the staff is so attentive to all our needs .The food was so tasty and the restaurant staff always provided us according to our desires. All our room service needs were also provided with no delays and we stayed comfortably. Thankyou so much for your service. The place have not been maintained properly. Our previous stay a year back have been better.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is centrally located. There are some restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is easy to order a tuktuk using an application to this hotel. The hotel itself is only basic hotel that serve its purpose. The staffs are helpful. For the cleaniness, I rate it 4/5. They aren't really fast response in answering emails.

Very convenient location for all needs.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by a welcoming and accomodating host, Susantha. Our stay was made special by the very attentive and helpful staff who always went the extra mile. We would stay again and found the facilities perfect for our needs.

Nice hotel, staff really helpful (e.g. one lent me their personal umbrella during the heavy rain), rooms clean and large, bbc on TV, large laptop compatible safe in wardrobe, and a curry house literally behind the hotel 50ft down an alley. Location central. COVID precautions are in place but not an issue, good to see Sri Lanka reopening up to the world.
