This was a really nice hotel and stay however although check was at 2pm the room was not ready until after 5:15pm. We arrived around 4 and ended up waiting by the pool for our rooms. Otherwise the pool and rooms and staff were very nice and accomodating. The breakfast buffet and the portions at the Steakhouse were sensational 🥰 The view from the room was also really nice.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated. But it was clean and the food was amazing. Good staff as well.

Arrived late at night and was approached by the staffs and mentioned to me "we were expecting a cigarette from you Sir". First time I am experiencing this. Totally not acceptable. Time for a switch in Hotel preference.
