港景城市酒店(Port View City Hotel)

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff, particularly Prasana who speaks English, took care of my travel needs, etc. He cooked special breakfast for me when I commented about the same breakfast items. He cooked sausages and omelette for my last breakfast ( stayed 3 days). The hotel is located near the Peddah Market, about 5-7 minutes walk. There are restaurants, bakery, shops, etc where I had dinner and did some shopping. Facilities are newish, has elevator and 24 hour reception area. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Comfortable hotel if you want to be around the center of Colombo. Nice standard room for the right price. A/C and fan working perfectly and also bathroom clean. The service done from Saravanan and Prasanna was great. Helped us with the luggages and also maintained our luggages over the day during our walk in the city. I will come back if I’m around Colombo.

They very kindly looked after our bags the whole afternoon after we checked out, and then provided a towel and bathroom so we could freshen up for our late night flight. Breakfast was good, and good value. The room was comfortable enough and most things worked. There is always a foible in Sri Lanka: in this case the Roman blind has no mechanism for raising it...

Hôtel très sympa, dans un quartier peu touristique et très bouillonnant, mais à proximité de TukTuk des principales choses à voir en ville ! Idéal également pour télé travailler avec un rooftop et une salle face a la réception (le wifi n’est pas rapide, préférer le partage de connexion avec une SIM local) Le personnel est également très accueillant !

Muy cómodo, habitaciones espaciosas con baño bastante grande. El personal muy bien predispuesto, amable y siempre dispuesto a colaborar. La estadía fue muy corta (sólo 1 noche) y para ese lapso resultó una buena opción. El entorno es poco atractivo porque es una zona de mercado muy movida de día y desierta de noche.

Port View City Hotel, located next to Pettah's main street in Colombo, is 600 meters from Jami Ul-Alfar Mosque. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. It helped me a lot on my trip to Colombo. This is a great hotel for the price.*^^*

Schönes sauberes Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Gut um von dortaus die Stadt zu erkunden. Gerne immer wieder Sri Lanka ist ein Wunder volles Land. So nette Menschen mit toller Natur und pulsierenden Städten. Nicht zu vergesse die Kultur..

This was my first trip to Sri Lanka and I chose this hotel to get acquainted with Colombo. The hotel is cozy, the staff is very polite, helpful and attentive. I liked their professionalism. The room has the necessary amenities. Located within walking distance to the train station. In terms of price-quality ratio, I highly recommend it.

Lindo hotel, con personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren, el puerto, y otros atractivos de la ciudad. Nos alojamos dos noches, una a la llegada al país, y otra al regreso. Dejamos dos valijas, sin costo, durante 5 días mientras recorrimos el país, y también solicitamos lavandería. Todo perfecto. Recomendamos mejorar el desayuno, hay tostadas, manteca y mermelada, algo de fruta (sandía y papaya) y ofrecen omellete, té o café. También sugiero agregar una manta fina en la habitación, ya que solo está la sábana y con el aire acondicionado a mi me daba frío y mi pareja estaba bien. Por las noches, el agua caliente salía perfecto, pero no así en las mañanas.
