Staff was friendly. Hotel a little old but clean. Room very confortable and breakfast up to expected standard.
Few details though, no cup for coffee in the room, no glass for water.
They advertise as a destination charger for EV but there's only one charger. It was from a third party and it was not working. I finally had to go to a Tesla Supercharger to get a recharge.

This was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. The quality of the facility decor, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the kindness and efficiency of the staff…. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable, safe and content. The location is terrific with a great selection of stores and restaurants close by. Five stars!!!

Was satisfied with our stay here, however, upon arrival checking in was rather challenging. There was one person working the counter and she seemed overwhelmed. She had much difficulty checking in a party of four people who had arrived before me. I waited for what seemed like eternity while the parties were checked in. Finally, after approximately 1 hour, I was checked in and able to go to our room. Very frustrating!

When open the door there was a used wash cloth on the floor. When opened the refrigerator there was take out food half ate. Melded ice cream. In the bathroom no tissues. On the other hand the desk people were very nice and friendly. Hotel over all seemed to be clean. Ice only on 1st and 5th floors. Hotel is in a nice location.

Their airport shuttle is available from 4am which was wonderful as getting a cab or Uber at that hour is nearly impossible for my 6am international flight.
They are less than 10 minutes from the passenger drop off point.

I used to think Hampton Inn was the better quality option, but this location is worn.
The parking lot is full of big potholes. Its so bad that it makes you worry about damage to your car.
I used to stay at Hampton Inn each year. But this will be my last time.

Decent place, but nothing great. They refused to let me check in a 1:00 pm even though there must've been many rooms cleaned and ready by then. Insisted that I can't check in until 3:00pm.
Also, no spare roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom.

Not so good. The room we stayed was not up to part for the money I paid. Broken door stopper, tub clogged while taking shower, water did not go down the drain and probem with flushing the toilet.
