The only comment I have is that when we got to the hotel they had no record of our reservation. She had to call Travelocity. Same with the reservation we have for 10 days from now.

We got stuck in Colorado Springs due to weather and this hotel gave us the comfort we needed on a stressful day. Friendly staff, nice room, good food, and comfortable bed. The only issue was we booked a shuttle for the airport and the driver never showed up. We ended up taking an Uber.

Really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Did not expect the staff to change bedding but it would have been nice if they had emptied trash and replenished amenities in the room on our second day.

Clean, safe, spacious, comfortable, great rooms and linens and bathroom and breakfast. Not convenient to downtown but only 10 mins drive away. Great value . Completely recommend and I WOULD stay here again. Staff is fantastic. Avoid the restaurant next door (not affiliated with the hotel). Breakfast buffet is excellent!

Just stayed here for one night, but the hotel was wonderful and the staff was as well. We hung out at the hotel bar and our bartender was quite amazing. She was a gem! Also the hotel shuttle got us to the airport in time.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice large pool for my kids to swim in too. Wish it were a tad warmer, but it was almost -20 outside so can’t complain about the warmth too much. The complimentary breakfast was nice too.

We had left a phone and Jody and the shuttle driver stepped up and brought to the airport getting it to us in record time prior to us needing to board. Way above and beyond the call of duty’s. Thanks
