The GM called me a *****, was the rudest woman ever the hotel was trash bathtubs rusted. I would not recommend booking.

不錯的地方有點挺親切的，但是對於金錢來説卻很好。雖然我會回去，但有人對着一個女孩大喊大叫，看起來很強硬。

I really like this place. I stay here regularly for work trips. The facility is nothing fancy but I don’t need anything fancy. I need a clean and friendly place with a comfortable bed and that’s what this is. The staff is exceptionally nice. Especially the woman named Angel Who works afternoons and evenings. A very pleasant person who I’ve come to enjoy very much. If I have any complaints at all, it’s the weakness of the water pressure in the shower. The showers are nice and warm but the water does not come out with any force. Otherwise this is a great place.

We decided to take a gamble as it is right by CC. So convenient to the college and downtown. But it could use an upgrade. You can hear everything and smell cigarette smoke in the room. Door looks like someone has tried to break-in the past. Despite its flaws, overall, it wasn't a bad stay.

Kevin at the front desk was super rude. Went to get replacement sheets at 5:30 a.m. (I accidently spilt water on originals) and he gave me a very hard time about it. Demanding a bunch of questions. Even went so far as to say I smelled like I'd been drinking, I had came from a wedding the night before and had wine. Very unnecessary transaction. I was not being a nusance nor was I speaking to him in such a way to warrant his disrespect. When I asked whether or not he could give me new sheets, he told me he could not, I asked if they stored them onsite at the property - his response was "what are you going to break in?" He told me if I didnt like it I could leave. I did not understand why he was overly abrasive and unnecessarily rude based off a simple request for clean linen. I will never stay at an Econolodge again. The conduct of this staff member was unnecessary and completely unacceptable.

Was just passing in town and needed a cheap place to book for the night. It was definitely over priced at 100 per night. The condition of the hotels wasn’t great and is more like an hotel. The parking lot was filled so the man that works overnight told me to park on the street. He gave me creepy vibes when he asked for my ID and credit card. WiFi password didnt work. The worker at the desk saw me and my boyfriend walking up together and look surprised I was with him as if he was plotting something if I was alone. The bathroom was dirty and had dirt stains in the tub and hair all over the bathroom sink, floor and shower. The tub was filled with dirt and chipping paint. The next day the front desk person started calling at 10:30a telling us we got 30 mins left to be out. Which stopped us from getting ready cause we had to go answer the phone since she kept calling. At exactly 11am we was walking out the room and the phone started ringing AGAIN and it was her calling to tell us to be out. I do not recommend at all.

Spent a night in downtown to catc didn'th a concert. Had to change rooms because the deadbolt didn't latch right. Moved to a new room that had dirty floors. A diaper was still wedged between a desk and wall. Checked out the next morning but forgot my camera in the room. When I called back a couple hours later they said they hadn't found one. Which is really sad because the camera had pictures from a trip to Yellowstone on it.

We arrived during a shift change at 10pm CDT after traveling all afternoon/night from EDT, so for us it was 12amEDT. The outgoing clerk would not check us in and had us wait for 10 mins for the person who was coming in, and late, to do it. With no acknowledgment of us waiting, he proceeded to do what ever it was he does at the computer right in front of us, never looking up or saying a word. I waited in disbelief. After about 5 mins, he looked up and asked for my ID. After that process and 20 mins later, I went to the room assigned to me and the key would not work. Went back to the office, confirmed the room number, was given another key and that one also didn’t work. He had me wait while he completed another check in, then walked me to the room and his key didn’t work either. Next room smelled bad and had gnats everywhere. Almost an hour after arrival, and 3 rooms later, we had a room. Now this Motel is usually ok. I’ve stayed here a few times before because my daughter attended CC and the location is ideal. The rooms are old and poorly kept, but usually clean. Customer service tends to be, ok. It’s been over a year since I’ve been back and this has been very disappointing and frustrating. I won’t be staying again.
