Two dirty rooms in a row, first one smelled like feces and was filthy throughout. Second room was also filthy and didnt have hot water but luckily didnt smell like feces. There were vagrants in every stairwell, every stairwell had trash, the stairs by my room had blood all over them...which remained there for a week. Johanna is an absolute terrible human being and doesnt know what the words customer service even means..please get that woman away from the front desk. She will insult you, confuse you, and then threaten you. This place also had ********** and druggies galore, constant yelling at all hours of the night, people banging on doors, slamming doors, honking cars in the parking lot to wake other people in cars who are sleeping in the parking lot. If you are coming here with your family I'd say pick a better place. You've been warned

I will never stay here again. We arrived and the receptionist told us her system was "auditing" and she could not get into the system for 10-15 minutes. No big deal...Omce we got our key we were notified the elevator wasn't working and we had to use the stairs. Again, not the end of thw world. BUT, when we opened the room, the kitchenette and bathroom were visibly dirty just walking in. It was obviously not cleaned appropriately between guests. The beds were the only thing that seemed tidy, but honestly I wouldn't doubt the bed was simply made between guests instead of actually changing sheets - which is gross to think about. There was a LIVE ROACH in our bathroom!!! The hard floor was not swept, whatever was hanging above the beds had been removed and not repainted or replaced. There was black paint on the back of bathroom door & walls. I had to wait for the release on my Credit Card before posting this review just in case I was charged for those damages! Thankfully we were literally there for just a few hours to grab a nap, but I would not have stayed if I had checked in at normal time in the afternoon vs. 1 am, and definitely wouldn't have stayed a second day if the trip had needed it.

No le recomiendo que vayan a ese hotel, es sucio no hacen Homekipping, siempre hay q buscar el papel de baño en el Looby, el lugar muy sucio, me faltaba una noche y ellos se equivocaron y pensaban que salió un día antes y me recogieron mis cosas personales y me lo colocaron en bolsa negra me parece muy mal , invadieron mi privacidad . Muy mal servicio

The room was not swept and there was grit covering most of the floor. Trash was not removed. No toilet paper, soap or shampoo. The television was broken. The front desk clerk said that she could not move me to a different room because it was a reservation. Loud music from neighbor most of the night. I will never stay at this property again.

Non smoking smelled like smoke. Pictures are misleading. Do not book

The handle to my bathroom door was broken and there was no warm water to take a shower. Dogs barking all night . On a positive note: The lady at the front desk was super nice and I liked the channel options for the TV.

First room hadn’t been cleaned, second room was dirty under the beds and had a pizza box leveling the dresser and no remote for the tv

Nobody should ever stay here. It’s a trap motel full of some pretty unsavory people. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!

The place was dirty, there was no hot water for the shower. I was just not very pleased with my stay all around.
