聖瑪利旅店民宿(The St. Mary's Inn, Bed and Breakfast)

We stayed here last week for my birthday, our first time here, and it was wonderful! We were in the Cypress Room. The owners were very welcoming and remembered that it was my birthday, which I'd mentioned when I called before arriving to ask for restaurant recommendations. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, and the towels were soft and fluffy. The room was spotlessly clean, large and comfortable and I appreciated all the provided amenities. Parking was easy, in the provided lot in the back. We were told to make ourselves at home in the Inn, which I definitely took advantage of after getting settled, with an afternoon coffee and snack on the beautiful front porch. Breakfast the following morning was so delicious! We'd definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The inn was lovely, clean and the breakfasts were delicious. We would recommend this quaint inn. The inn is within downtown Colorado Springs and is very close to Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor and Glen Eyrie Castle.

We had the loveliest time at the St. Mary's B&B. Jay & Pam were awesome and their son, Luke, the "chef" did an amazing job for breakfast every morning. The house is beautiful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you, guys, for a beautiful time in Colorado Springs.

Overall this inn was cute but I would never attempt to stay here again. First of all, our room (sycamore) was very cramped. I think it was a small room but it was also over decorated (e.g., lots of plastic fake wood things everywhere, large pieces of useless furniture). Second, the temp was not great. There’s a window unit and so all the mini rooms (e.g., area with the couch) were quite hot whereas the bed area was cold. Bathroom was tiny with virtually no counter space. I wish I could comment on the breakfast but unfortunately we were asked to leave before we even were able to spend the night. After we finally settled in and unpacked after a long travel day, one of the owners took a look at my daughter and without even saying hello, told me “kids aren’t allowed.” When I explained that I booked on a 3rd party website and it didn’t say that (even pulling it up and showing the owner and her son) she said “it’s all over OUR website.” Obviously if you book on a 3rd party site you’re not really doing a deep dive into the website. Anyway we had prepaid for everything and the husband said “too bad that’s our policy and you can take it up with [3rd party].” The woman was annoyed that we were annoyed and loudly complained to her husband on the phone repeatedly as though we weren’t standing there. At the end of the day, despite them only having one other guest at the hotel, they kicked us out. We had to contact ******* and urgently find a hotel for the night (it was already evening at this point) and were worried we’d have to spend the night in our car. If you’re going to have a policy that’s hostile to children then that should be in the first line of every description on a third party website. For example “This adult-only inn…” Overall it was a very upsetting situation and the lack of professionalism just took it to the next level. Absolutely terrible way to start a vacation.

We had a wonderful four nights at the Inn. The room on the first floor, king bed, was very comfortable. The large bathroom , well stocked with great amenities, was great. The breakfast every morning was delicious! Fantastic fruit plate, presented artistically by Jay each morning was something to look forward to…. Not to mention the lightest pancakes ever! Pam was so accommodating in every way. The owners Pam and Jay went out of their way to make all the guests feel comfortable. We highly recommend this Inn. Location perfect. A short walk i to town.

Wonderful hosts, well maintained property. The rooms are immaculate, with very tasteful themes.

We enjoyed our stay at St. Mary's very much. It was a wonderful location with wonderful accommodations and a wonderful breakfast every morning. The owners of the B&B - Pam, Jay with their son Luke were also wonderful in making sure everyone had all they needed make their stay a pleasant experience. We highly recommend St. Mary's and if we are ever in Colorado Springs again, without hesitation, we would stay at St. Mary's.

Comfortable with wonderful hosts.

Pam and Jay are the absolute best! We had a group of 10 staying at the St Mary's for our 45th reunion from the Air Force Academy. The Inn was perfect. Lots of neat spaces for us to sit and tell old stories again. The Inn is beautiful and in a great location for dinners in town. The best part of our stay was Pam and Jay. They made us feel like a part of their family and made our stay extra special. The breakfasts were delicious and they always had snacks out for us. We would highly recommend the St Mary's Inn for your next stay. Thanks Pam and Jay!!
