部屋の清掃は2日に一度しか入らないようです。2日目にクリーニングに入ってくれた形跡がありましたが、ゴミは半分しか回収していない、シールは交換せずにフィッティングのみ、水回りの掃除はしない（詰まったまま）など中途半端。 施設自体は適度に広く、清潔な雰囲気です。メニューも代わり映えはしませんがロビー階で提供され便利です。 フロントのスタッフの対応は、人により差が激しく適当な受け答えもされます。苦笑

I liked the valet service; however, I think that $29 per day is expensive. I really disliked that there were really no gluten free options, other than hard boiled eggs for breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay in Hyatt. Close to Olympic Plaza and everywhere I need to go. Rooms are compfy and clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was wonderful. Rooms were large and clean and breakfast was great. Parking was horrible. There is only metered parking. The only parking lot at the hotel is Valet only for $29. Meter is very expensive and you need to still pay on Sunday and Holidays. You are forced to pay for Valet.

This hotel was very much just okay. It took us quite a while to get checked in and once we did the people in line right behind us were also assigned to our room so a few minutes after we got settled we had to go back to the desk to sort that out. The room also had crumbs everywhere and hairs in the sink so we were switched to another room which was a bit cleaner. There was a lot of noise outside in the middle of the night that I could hear very clearly so I didn’t sleep very well, but the breakfast was really great for a free hotel breakfast. The front desk staff in the morning were also much friendlier and the lobby area is very nice. Some parts of this stay weee great and others were pretty bad, but overall it was alright. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but I also wouldn’t go out of my way to tell other people not to.

Location was good. There is no parking on site unless you valet. Others have to park im a shady garage across the street passed a major bus hub.

My stay was a bit sad to be honest , the food was lack.luster and everything was overcooked, and the beds were horrible. Everything else was fine

An enjoyable stay for a night on the town. Clean room with a good view. Hearty breakfast.
