哥倫比亞 - 63 號高速公路及 I-70 郊區開放式客房(Suburban Studios Columbia - Hwy 63 & I-70)

Desagradable, inseguro, me asignaron 3er piso y elevador dañado, no housekeeping service, no cortina de baño, aparenta ser para familias y personas ‘homeless’, compre en Walmart artículos de uso como papel de baño, escaleras y lobby ocupado por los residentes q entorpecían el paso, un señor con bata de baño en lobby,calefacción deficiente, no me moví por la temperatura, espere hasta las 5:30 por habitación en el carro, discusiones en la noche entre familias, jamás volveré!!

Would not stay here again. The bathroom was dirty. The door into the bedroom must have had holes punched in it. Overall just terrible. Good thing we were only going to sleep at her up and leavr

There were a lot of dogs being taken in & out. The doors & drawers to the room furniture was broken. The room's walls were filthy.

Terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel and the desk was unmanned and the window gate closed, despite a sign saying 24 hour service. We could not get anyone to answer the phone until several tries, at which point an annoyed and clearly recently asleep rude woman answered and said she would come down but never did. We were unable to check in and had to find another hotel. Now I have to fight for a refund. By the way, the grounds and lobby were dirty and appeared unsafe. Do not stay at this hotel.

When I walked into the TINY lobby, there was a horrible stench and though I had made a reservation ahead of time, I was told there were no rooms, which I was kind of grateful for after seeing some questionable characters hanging around the parking lot.

Smelled bad and felt like a homeless shelter rather than a hotel

When checking in, there were 3 people at the desk. They were playing around and it took over 20 minutes to get checked in. There were no curtains over the window. No cups. I could not be moved to a different room because they were over booked. I had several friends that had booked a room for the same night as I did, Sept. 8th, 2023. That were turned away because "the hotel was over booked" luckily they were able to find rooms at the Windgate. I have stayed at the Suburban several times over the last 20 years so I cannot express to you how disappointed I was with this visit

Despite what people might say about petty little things they work hard here to provide a service. I hsve alwsys been respected and respect is given when it is got. Its a business like any other providing services to those that ask.
