My husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very very clean and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. So many stores close by. Everything you can thunk of is right there. .. we will go back again.

To start off when I got there to check in they said that they were out of 2 queen bed rooms even though that is what I reserved online. Then the lady said she found a room for us. I checked in and we went to have dinner. When we got back to the hotel we carried our stuff up to the room and someone else was already in that room. Had to go back to the counter and get a new room.
Then - they had No working ice machines. Every single one was broken.

I've been here several times, tgis trip was just as great as any other. I arrived earlier than anticipated and the front desk checked me in early without hesitation and I truly appreciate it.

No Wi-Fi, no ice, had to change rooms because deadbolt got stuck in the out postion, new room had no phone, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, still no Wi-Fi, parking was over crowded. The only thing good about the place was the friendly guest and the free breakfast.

There was no room service for the entire stay & the bathroom kept overflowing after use.
Breakfast wasn’t prepared if you wanted eggs you would have to DIY on top of all of that the room had roaches.

While it was mostly comfortable, the staff was very disrespectful and they never got me the linens that I needed. And they would also complain and look annoyed when I had to keep coming back to them. If I want fresh towels and sheets, the excuse you CANNOT give is “Oh we’re all out”
