Voco the Tiger Hotel, Columbia, MO

Good access, nice view of city, and comfortable stay ~~~~!!

The service was amazing. From check in to check out you can tell management emphasizes customer service to their employees. Special shout out to Shane who gave us an upgrade. The hotel is beautiful and has a restaurant, a craft brewery, and a coffee shop. It's close to a lot of the nightlife restaurants bars great music seen. Four blocks away from the Katy Trail if you want to bike or hike. I'd say the only downfall was one of the two elevators was out of order and it being a older hotel was a bit slow. But that would be the only issue that I had with our stay there and it was only a minor inconvenience.. I've told all my friends about the place and I will be going back there the next time we are in town.

Interesting old hotel; unfortunately the city was tearing up the street in front of the hotel and the valet parked my car on the street adjacent to the construction. The pillows in our room were super large and fairly hard so I ended up using a rolled up towel as a pillow. The hotel did not have smaller pillows.

I love staying at the Tiger Hotel, as it is a great location in Columbia. The staff is always pleasant but it is an older hotel and one of the elevators wasn’t working ( there are only 2)and this was a very busy weekend. That is why I didn’t give it a perfect review… I feel like every time I stay at the Tiger they have some kind of issue like this.

It was by total accident we ended up staying here. After a nice dinner, my wife and I decided not to drive further that evening on a cross-country trip. Voco, The Tiger Hotel was next door, so we took a chance. It was fantastic! An indescribably comfortable bed, a great room, terrific service from everyone from front desk to bartender — a perfect 10!

The Tiger Hotel is a comfortable and well-maintained property in downtown Columbia, MO. The price was reasonable for a hotel at this level. It really is an ideal place to stay to enjoy the most of what Columbia has to offer.

Great room view! Room was huge & loved the decor. Only sad thing was jacuzzi didn't work and workout gym is kinda small and dingy.. I felt like I was in someone's basement with old weights

Cleanliness could be better in the room. Carpet felt dirty (not vacuumed). Bathroom towels seemed old/worn out. No slippers or bath robes in the closet. They were there in my last visit Jan25-26, 2023.

The hotel was beautiful, inside and out. The room was great, very comfortable bed. The cafe next door was just as good. I would love to stay again if I were in Columbia.
