高山套房酒店(Alpine Inn & Suites)

Do not stay here. Hotel caters to long term renters whom have no courtesy for any of the other guests. My son and I were woken all hours between 10 PM and 3 AM by loud conversation, drinking and smoking at the group picnic table and adjoining rooms. Hotel staff friendly but unwilling to help. Room had leftover food in frig and phone did not work so unable to call front desk to report loud activity. Looking forward to a good night's sleep.

Freezer needs defrosting & was dripping water Extremely scalding hot water - bathtub tap was loose & I damn near burned myself trying to shut it off!! This is a serioys health hazard & the owner is liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur. TV modem is under the desk & the remote control doesn't work unless you point it down low which can't be done from the bed. Otherwise, clean, comfy bed, very quiet rooms (or all the guests were being very quiet!) In a quiet residential area close to downtown.

No one came to clean our room the 3 nights we stayed. We had to pull our dirty towels out of the tub to use. There was old coffee spills down the counter. Our door would not lock properly. Breakfast was a lineup of people with very little food and a 10 minute wait for just a coffee

Great spot for my needs! I work in construction and the facility was perfect for my needs. Inexpensive, warm and the staff were phenomenal whenever I needed anything!

Property is okay as it is more budget conscious but definitely leans toward providing bare minimum for necessities. If you want no frills, this is the place.

Bed was a bit hard. I had trouble finding the entrance based on GPS on the address. Otherwise it was fine.

The room had a bad smell and everything was extremely worn out and dated. The breakfast was decent though.

I thought it was a very good experience, whenever you needed something done, it was done right away.. The only complaint I have is that the bed was a little bit too hard for my taste, but I know everybody’s different. So I would say all in all it was a very nice day, breakfast was good

It's always excellent 👌... but the shower head seemed to be underpowered... hard to rinse off with no pressure... used the ice bucket to finish the job...
