Everything was great except for my shower. it had a terrible faucet. The water got cold while I was taking my shower.

We had a great stay in one of the double queen cottages. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. I had two teens and they even had a large walk-in closet that one could use as his own bedroom with a rollaway LOL! The indoor/outdoor pool was fun and breakfast was decent. Only a couple of small nitpicky issues: hot tub jets weren't working (tho it was plenty hot with a waterfall!) and the walls/floors were thin as we heard neighbors above and next to us (so ask for a high floor if you are sensitive to noise). The location was near a couple of good restaurants and not too far from campus. Would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful property. We like the rustic look of the hotel. When we come back it is definitely one that we would stay at again.

We got there too early for check in and I wasn't feeling well. We asked several time if we could get in earlier but it didn't ever happen. We vaitied the pool and spa which the spa had so much chlorine it burnt all of our eyes. The breakfast was hot and very satisfying, the room very comfortable. The kitchen areas electrical outlets didn't work so we had to move the microwave across the room to use it. Also the coffee maker. The rest of our stay was wonderful, the whirlpool tub and the the property was quiet. We definitely will return.

Pros: We loved the option of a whirlpool room and that they use Bath and Body toiletries. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. We also liked the rustic theme of the hotel. Cons: Some lights didn’t work. The headboard was not attached to anything so every time you moved it hit the wall. Water pressure was very low.

It was a great stay...very homey & attention to detail...great, pet-friendly hotel w/ great breakfast.

The bed was not comfortable and the headboard was loose and knocked the wall with every move! Very awkward.

We always have a pleasant stay in this hotel. We have stayed in many different hotels in CoMo and this one is a family favorite. Clean, pet friendly, and very cozy.

The property had very nice amenities, and the breakfast was very good! The point where my opinion takes a turn is after we went home (the next morning), we realized we were victims of bed bugs!!! Absolutely appauled!! We paid good money for an unexpected nasty problem to deal with!! Everybody is wanting tips these days, and I can understand that, but I almost utilized the QR code sticky note left on our bathroom mirror to tip the person who prepped our room — glad I didn’t!!! From my research, you can’t readily “see” a bed bug issue, you experience it — so true!!! Ya’ll better do a deep clean throughout your facility, and in particular in room #260!!! What a shame — before we discovered all our bites, we had actually talked about making plans to stay there again!! Extremely disappointed!!!
