Needs some updates Toilet didn’t flush well, shades had holes in them and were hard to use and air conditioner was loud.

We booked a room last minute and it was just what we needed!

Friendly Folks Quiet area and the staff is very very friendly and helpful. Some of the furniture is outdated and worn-out but overall its cool.

The Holiday Inn Express is probably one of the highlights of the area. That being said the room was overall mostly clean. I could tell there were small touches - detailing aspects - that weren't being done. Also the TV in our room as well as one of the main TVs in the dining area had issues with the picture. The entire right half of our room TV was darker than the left half. When I inevitably have to go back to Columbus, I'd definitely consider staying here again, although I might check the other 2 hotels nearby to see if either are a noticeable improvement. I doubt beyond the 3 in this area, any other lodging in town would be up to the same comfort level.

It was hard staying in a hotel in Columbus since I used to live here but the staff here were super friendly and everything was perfect!
