Well….i have traveled all around the USA. So last night was ☹️ miserable. After attending a wedding and needing to sleep……I came home to people next door in 206….loud, laughing, hitting the bed rail against the wall, talking, etc…etc…etc. so no sleep….till wee hours of this morning. THEN you will never guess what happened…..at 9:15 this am…..the mail knocked on our door to clean the room…I wanted to scream but didn’t. Finally went to sleep and now woke up. Surely u have a more sophisticated system to se if we Cheked out or not.😱 not a good a good experience at all..it was the worse. And I paid $$170 for this? Horrible😫 Horrible, horrible.

Roach Motel The hotel seems nice enough for what it is but there were live cockroaches all over the bathroom. We did not discover them until the middle of the night when we turned on the light to use the restroom and they were everywhere. If I wasn’t so tired, I would’ve left, but I ended up staying the night and getting out of there as quickly as I could in the morning without a shower or even brushing my teeth. I can tolerate a lot of things but not live cockroaches in my room. That is an easy fix and why they would allow that is beyond me. I won’t be back.

Everything was fine as we checked in we were told the hot tub was out of service, we did not stay anwere rod we would be refunded our money. We are still waiting on said refund

HORRIBLE I stayed at the hotel this weekend and it is horrible. My room wouldn't cool down. The water wouldn't get hot in the shower. They only give you one little bar of soap. The iron wouldn't get hot unless you put water in it. And then the iron would leak the water out. When you sit on the sofa sleeper you would fall through the sofa. I was told by the front desk I couldn't move to another room. May stay was horrible. I hate l decided to stay there. And they changed my credit card twice. I don't think I should have even been charged for that service. It was RIDICULOUS l checked out at 7am instead of 11am.

The air conditioning units in my room and many of the rooms were not working and the ac rattled all night. Shower head holder was broken, slid down and hit me in the head. Toilet paper holder broke and missing. Stinks on the entire second floor. Management not in any hurry to make things right.
