哥倫布北極星希爾頓花園客棧(Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Polaris)

Although the Hilton website shows that the pool is closed we did not know until we arrived and it was too late to cancel the booking. We choose this hotel so we could use the pool and did not have a chance. it is also a shower only hotel so our daughter was really disappointed when she didn't get to swim or use a bath. two thumbs down for not caring! Will never stay there again!!!

We DIDMT STAY. I had intentionally turned off my card to avoid my children making unauthorized charges through gaming apps which led to the card decline due to “fraud”, knowing this was not the issue and certainly could be resolved. The Manager refused to allow me to use that card even when the card was unlocked and fraud was NOT the issue. I had the reservation and was then proud to spend my money elsewhere! Paying with the EXACT card your Management refused to accept!! But I’m sure my Pennies mean nothing to a greedy franchise that had zero common sense to realize we life in a day in age where we have options at the click of our fingers to avoid unnecessary charges. My hotel stay was an authorized charge and should have never been an issue.

Less than cheerful friendly staff, on-site restaurant and bar closed, hot tub broke, pool heater broke, no vending in posted vending areas, looked like dirt thrown on our room walls, trim coming off wall, broke cabinet door, USB port didn’t work. Paid $335 for our room for 1 night for wedding anniversary and it was extremely disappointing and will not return or recommend.

nothing to like. Arrived to find hotel had no bar (lost liquor licence), no food in evenings, swimming pool out of order, poor to bad internet connectivity, stayed one week and room cleaned only once. Staff though were very pleasant.I booked hotel back in January, if i knew then what I know now I would not have booked to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is awful. Hot tub closed, bar closed, the grill is closed, the only ice machine working is on the first floor. All on a holiday weekend with sporting event in town. Our one pillow case is dirty can’t call housekeeping because the phone wire are cut and the phone isn’t working. Then finally find someone and give us a pillowcase and say this is all they have for the day. Breakfast is $10.95. No manager on site to discuss any issues with Saturday or Sunday of checkout.

Save your money. Motels 6 is a better idea than this dump. First room, broken cabinet door that fell on my foot. Second room, can't run a bath asit was stuck in shower mode. Then the pool was closed, but it was set to open yhree hours after checkout time. Avoid this dump.

My daughter and granddaughter spent the day shopping and were looking forward to sittin the hot tub when we were done. The pool and hot tub were broke. That was the reason I booked there. They never said anything when we booked and they never mentioned it when going over the amnesties when checking in . There was a sign posted on the counter. If I’d known the hot tub and pool were down I would never have stayed there. By the time I found out everything around us was fully booked. There was nothing else for us to do.

Jets in whirlpool didn’t work properly. Public hot tub down. Coffee tops were to big for cups available. Bar was closed. Towels had weird smell to them.

Bathroom floor had mud. No tissues. No toilet paper. Air conditioning was so loud had no sleep for both nights. Really horrible.
