The floors in the room were not cleaned and had visible dirt still on them. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub. Only one of the two large towels were clean. The other towel had dead dry bugs stuck to it. The room had holes in the wall where it looked like shelving was at one time. The toilet paper holder was missing from the wall. The room overall was subpar compared to other Wyndham hotels.

Even for cheap hotel, it was a bad experience. It is a typical motel queen room with a desk and TV, bathroom and parking included in front of the door. The service at check in was not very friendly, but it was fast and objective. The smell of cigarettes in the room is unbearable, pervading all the clothes, a smell that remains for days on the clothes This same smell exists in the sheets, pillows and blanket. The bathroom works, but the shower faucet drips non-stop

I didn’t have a chance to stay at this hotel due to arriving late. I had no clue a hotel closed at 11pm. So I thought I could come the next day and stay their for one night but the reservation got canceled which no one told me. Nonetheless the customer service from Trip.com was amazing. They gave me my full refund. I will definitely use Trip.com again. They are helpful and understanding.

No breakfast as the website mentioned and the bathroom sink handle came off

This place is disgusting. Dirty; stained sheets/blankets, dirt/grit on our room floor, reeked of cigarettes smoke everywhere! The tub was brown. Theres a commute of people living there, the children were outside yelling until after midnight. Trash everywhere on the premises. Large bags of trash scattered around.

Checking was ok, got to room, third floor, elevator out of service, room was clean. The room was without glasses to drink from, no ice bucket, or ice machine. The Tv service was bad, channel’s kept loosing signal. Hallway was dirty, trash on floor. No tooth paste or tissues and no TV guide. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Ceiling had a leak in it and had run down wall. Room air conditioning was on with out side temperatures were 30’s, it took an hour to get it 70 degrees.

We reserved a king room for $73 and when we checked in we were told that they only had double queen rooms left. They charged us $89! The room was dirty. the floor had shoe prints of mud. the bedding did not fit the mattress and did not look clean or fresh. The shower curtain was moldy. When we opened the door and flipped on the light, no light came on. The A/C unit was missing the vent cover. The furniture was old and beat up. Do not stay here! Car alarms were going off multiple times during the night. There was loud music.

We arent sure this would be considered a hotel. We pulled in and drove around to our room. They had mattresses sitting outside the rooms. 😳 We decided not to take a shower because we think something was growing in there.
