Beautiful and comfortable property in an incredible location. Stayed there 10 days. However, in consistent daily “light service”. Several times needed to request the front desk for a replacement coffee packet for our kitchenette. They forgot to do a “full cleaning” on the seventh day of lodging, as advertised. Tile floor in lobby, and especially in elevator was sticky and dirty. I believe floors were mopped only twice while we were there for 10 days.

The hotel was clean and nice and the the staff were very nice. The only negative thing was that the guest in the room above us were extremely noisy all night starting about 4 pm until 2:30 am and then again from 8:00 am until noon. It sounded as if the WWE was filming big time wrestling. Banging and jumping. It was very disturbing and upsetting. Not a restful stay.

The staff was very nice & accommodating throughout the stay. We like that the rooms have a kitchen & a separate toilet/shower room. The beds are always comfortable. The free breakfast is really nice, it’s hot & has a lot of items for everyone. We will stay here again

Overall, a nice place to stay. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Only issues I had were these: 1) The mattress seems old and worn out. I had a king-size bed and kept rolling into the center because the mattress was so worn. 2) The breakfast tables were mostly available, but all were dirty. I would stay again, hoping to get a better mattress next time and cleaner eating area.

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive as well as the breakfast hostess. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was very close to shopping.
One minor problem was a water leak above the first floor which caused the first floor hallway carpet to be very weti in a 5 foot area.

Very clean, updated and comfortable. Kitchen was immaculate with everything needed. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
