This was one of the nicest hotel stays I've ever had. I was doing research for a few days at an OSU special collections library about a 15-minute walk away. The room was perfect in really every way: comfortable bed, excellent lighting and lots of it, and possibly the first hotel room in which the room's temperature remained comfortable for my entire stay without adjusting the thermostat. I would have liked a microwave and a way to boil water (it came with a Keurig and free K-cups), but that is a minor complaint. The lobby is lovely and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. There was light construction each morning outside, but the workers didn't start until 8 am and that is just life in any city. The soundproofing was good enough that it wasn't annoying, really. The only complaint I had is the same for every hotel: the doors loudly slam shut (for secure locking) and people sometimes talk in the halls loudly at night and the doors pass a lot of noise. Solve that, and this is 100 points out of 100, but you'll have to settle for 99.
