北哥倫布温德姆麥客達套房酒店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus North)

Right off the expressway and one exit up from veterans Blvd that has a lot of shopping and dining options. Quiet very clean. Problem on check in with computer system declining my card. I called my bank and verified that no transactions came through. I told the desk clerk there must be a problem with your system. She snapped at me and said no I just checked those people in??. The banker on the phone verified there was no transaction and then the clerk knew she was wrong and then apologized.

Front desk lady was rude. We asked for extra towels because it was 5 of us they told us to bring the dirty towels down and then we could get clean towels. They don’t offer late check out! This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at

Terrible place. I think the rating is fabricated. I had prebooked and prepaid. The lady at the desk took 45 min. to check me in and kept saying I'm not sure I will be able to check you in. The room was decorated for grade school kids, and was extremely small. The stopper in my bathtub room 117? wouldn't work, they ran out of coffee in the breakfast area at 8:30 and I couldn't et the lady at the desk to refill it. She kept saying "in a minute". 3 families came and went while we waited for coffee. When we left an hour later she was finally replacing it. we hated it!!!

Front desk gave another guest key to my room in error and at 11pm tried breaking into my room for 39 minutes. Then the guests were yelling/screaming/ running up and down the hall until 12:30 and 2 nights in a row.

i use my rewards fort he stay and accidentlyy put the wrong date and could not change the date so i lost my rewards and never stayed at the room

I was forced to do late check-in and want afforded the option of late checkout

The visit was fine, but the heater/ac unit was blowing cold air when I checked in to my room. I turned it to heat and it made an awful noise. I had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast - I grabbed a yogurt and it tasted bad. Code date was fine.

The staff was very kind and always went above and beyond to help. House keeping went above and beyond to make sure you were well taking care of . I witness the staff cleaning 24 hrs every day. Nice place for the price.
