This property says that it has a hot tub it does not. I called before I made the reservation and asked about the hot tub and i was told it would be available. It was disappointing because that was the main reason why i chose this hotel.

Last minute stay due to a snow storm, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfy. Got the job done!

We had a very nice stay. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We called around 1 and asked if they could switch our two king size rooms to two double beds and it was not a problem. She even told us it was ready now if we wanted to come early.

It was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the larger pool!!! I suppose the gym was good as it seemed to always be full. With the kids, didn’t have a chance to try it out. If I could change two things. One would be either a free breakfast buffet or kids under 12 eat free. The second thing would be making the two full beds, to two queen beds. Unless you have slept with a 10 year old that kicks all night, you wouldn’t understand. LOL

It appeared like an older hotel from outside, I chose this facility due to being close to my conference center, WiFi never connected, bedding was stained, front desk man wasn’t really friendly. Bar on vanity bathroom cabinet repeatedly fell off, left over toothpaste spit was still on bathroom vanity cabinet, along with old food or whatever stains on main door exiting the room. Room didn’t even have a small frig, and when I went to go check out, all she did was take my key cards set them on desk and said ok you are good to go!? Never put me in system until I had requested a receipt for work.

Customer service was awful. Rooms keys wouldnt work 4 times. Found if i walked in off the street and got a room it would of been 70.00 less. They were not willing to do anything to accommodate us.

There was mold in our bathroom, for the 3 nights we were there, no one came to clean our room (we did not have the 'do not disturb' sign on our door), the staff seemed to not speak English well and were not very friendly. Very strange experience staying here. Would definitely NOT recommend it.

Pretty good hotel for the money. Location is just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough that it's not inconvenient.

Everything was great. Service was spectacular, the facility is great. The breakfast is worse than a uni dorm spread, which would only be acceptable if it had been included. Also, it is strange that mobile pay is not accepted at a national hotel chain.
