The location of the hotel is very good, but the facilities are a little old, but the price is really cheap.

Room was good - comfortable bed, fast hot water - but…
Heat had a burning smell when it kicked in.
Outside doors would not unlock with the key.
4pm check in is too late in the day
Had to go to 2 different ice machines to find one that worked.

******* has check in at 3. They said check in at 4. I got there at 4:15 and they said come back in 30 mins. Either ******* needs to update 4 or let Doubletree honor 3 check in.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 8:30 PM after 12 hour drive from MN. We were hungry and told to come back in 15 minutes. Hoping that we can find a restaurant to get a bite to eat, but are uncertain at the moment about our room.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. However, there was a bit of a disappointment with the hot tub. It was cold on two out of the three days I was there, which was a letdown. Despite this hiccup, I appreciated the overall atmosphere and service, making it a good stay overall.

Hotel was super clean. Guy working the front desk was super rude. No bedding (no sheet, no pillows, no blanket) provide for pull out couch but they said the room sleeps 5. Trying to get a towel was ridiculous. I ended sending my husband to the store just to buy towels so my daughter could shower before competition. The free cookies was nice though

I haven't stayed in a hotel in years. I was very dissatisfied with how it was run all around. I understand it was short-staffed so maybe send this to corporate. We were given keys to a room that already had a person in it.They were quite upset. The pool area was dirty and there were kids in it rough housing so badly no one could use it. The room we were eventually given was moist and the sheets were incredibly itchy. The breakfast they provided was a joke, and we would have been better off going to a diner. I was also charged way more then I was told when I booked. Never again!!

This is primarily *******’s fault. I just went to check in after a day of extensive travel - it is 10 pm and the Double Tree has no rooms left - they are overbooked. They contacted ******* and asked ******* to contact me but no one from ******* contacted me. I am now without a room for the night. ******* has done this to me before. I will never use them again.
