Only thing that I could see that was wrong with the room. Was the bathtub had a really bad stain on the bottom for just being remodeled thats pretty bad? Looks like it needed to be replaced and the kids couldn't take a Bath there was no plunger or stop.
Ask for customer service. It was okay except during check in. No one let me know exactly what time breakfast was at?

We stayed in the newly renovated fourth floor and found the room to be clean, comfortable and very well laid out. The lobby was clean and functional. The free breakfast buffet was very limited and the hot dishes were not good. We cannot speak to the conditions on any other floor.

Natasha is incompetent!! charges corporate guests $150 for incidentals when you checking then tryst to tell you rooms aren't ready til 4pm which is totally bs! plenty days I have checked in earlier than 4pm. this girl Natasha needs to go!!! in past when she did agree to check me earlier than 4pm she charged me $30 early checking fee which again doesn't apply to corporate guests! I will never stay here again until Natasha fired!! connor on the other hand is very professional and handled the situation well

It was quiet and clean. However the front desk clerk was not good. He double charged me and I am still working to get my money returned. Got a bad vibe when I walked up to the desk, seemed disinterested in really doing his job. Bottom line I unfortunately was right.
