너무 좋았어요 직원분들 매너도 좋고 위치도 좋고 조용하고, 피트니스도 아담하지만 알찼고 오하이오 가게된다면 또 갈것 같습니다

Nice clean hotel. Staff friendly. It kind of ****** that the bar was closed at 10:30pm when we wanted to get a drink after hockey game.

No servia el A. C de la habitacion. El hotel debe actualiz**** con cerradura, furnitura (en general) y equipo mas actual lo unico acorde al tiempo actua es un TV. Pero si estuvo limpio y la recepcion fue muy cortes y todo un amor. Muy buena ubicación y tranquilida

It’s horrible place. An that hotel AC absolute not working. For $200 per night they can give you a fan (!!!). Also employees said owners know about AC problem and don’t want to do nothing. I’m must to leave a day before of my official check out. Because it’s uncomfortable to stay . That’s absolutely ridiculous coz for some reason you can stay at motel and have much better services.

quiet and convenient to parking and downtown Columbus locations. My room could have used use a bit more lighting (one large room lamp was not working) but it was an enjoyable stay.

The first room had a urine covered comforter that was covered by a sheet.We then got moved to another room that the tv didn’t work. The third room we got moved into the heat didn’t work so it had a plug-in radiator. There was blood on the wall and the fridge never cleaned. It also didn’t have handles on the furniture and it was a smaller room then we paid for. The forth room wasn’t nice but was forced to manage when the said we could just checkout because they didn’t have any other rooms. The worst treatment I’ve ever received! I wish I had taken photos of every room we were in but I have a few from the third room.

Very nice hotel! Great location, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable!! My only complaint was a bathroom door that stuck every time we tried to open it and an empty shower soap dispenser. Great price what what you get!!
