哥倫布德國村汽車旅館(German Village Inn Motel)

We were able to get checked in pretty quickly. The air conditioning was very much so welcomed as well as the blackout curtains. You could barely tell it was daytime at the 11 am checkout time.

Convenient location. It's close to downtown without the hassle. Close to to bars, restaurants and on the edge of historic German Village with it's beautiful old homes and its quaint neighborhood. The only negative is it's not pet friendly, but otherwise I have had a comfortable long term stay. The convenient private parking and free internet are great for any type of stay or guest.

The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. We had to change rooms twice due to a minor plumbing issue in the first room and a problem with the lights in the second room. I would suggest anyone who stays check these items in their rooms as soon as they check in.

Looked like a typical motel but my room had been “upgraded” recently with paint, carpet, sink, counters, and second hand furniture. Way better than most motels, but still a motel.

Extremely disappointed. We had stayed here a couple years ago and had a great experience to the point we used to recommend it to friends. Felt the property was perfect for what we needed and above average. Comfortable bedding, sheets, comforter ext. Very clean and well stocked. This trip however was a very different experience. From the start it was downhill. Was given less than half a roll of toilet paper with none to replenish so had to go back to office for more. The beds were terrible. For beds, a metal boxspring we compared to a jail bed with an uncomfortable mattress on it. Bedding was of the thinest kind of no quality and tiny pillows with stains on the pillowcases. The room was very dusty and needed clean. The bathroom could have been more clean and needed a ton of maintenance. Paint peeling off the walls, kleenex dispenser missing so the box was sitting in a hole in the wall. Shower was constantly running with the handle off to the point we kept the door shut to not listen to it. This was a complete reversal of our previous trip and would not recommend staying here.

The one complaint I have is the parking situation they should not work trucks or U-Haul trucks in the lot . They take up to much space and makes getting out harder the it should be.

Spaces were very tight and my car got penned in. I had to enter from the passenger side one morning.

This property was extremely dirty, comforter had burn holes in it and entire place smelled like smoke despite it being smoke free. Worker was very unhelpful

The property was extremely loud and the facilities were outdated and dirty. Didn’t sleep a wink because the walls were so thin
