Property and the rooms are architecturally impressive and well maintained. Front desk staff with one exception were very unprofessional. We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. Rather than admitting this the staff at that time put us in a 78 degree room where the AC did not and apparently could not work. We were offered a room with only one bed or fans in the room (by this time we had also been told that the AC was being fixed, a technician would come (no one came), and that the temp would drop. Over 10 hours it dropped 2 degrees. We were moved to another room the next night and told that they would look into a refund (no commitment of any actual refund). When I happened upon another manager who asked how my stay was and I mentioned all this, we got a retaliatory call from the person who offered to contact ******* for a refund relating that we had contacted her boss and maybe she wouldn’t ask for the refund. A mess.

They charged us for liquor and mini bar items. Don't even drink. Complete fraud and theft. Won't be back!

Alwaya enjoy my time at the Leveque. Had some trouble with checkin- they stated they were overbooked and asked me to move to another hotel. It was resolved and i was able to remain at the hotel i booked. The gym is a nice amenity as well as the onsite starbucks. The restaurant closes a bit early (i travel from the west coast- so the time change makes it difficult to dine before 9p ET) Rooms are always clean.

The only recommendation I have is to have something available at the bar before the restaurant opens. Even if that’s just a simple Chex mix or some kind of finger foods, having the bar open with no type of food or snacks is not recommended. Other than that, the rest of the day was perfect and Patrick the bartender is awesome.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed. The French onion soup at The Keep was very good, as were their drinks. The staff at the front desk are professional and friendly. I atayed here in January and had the same experience. Would recommend.

We had a great experience. Good food, a good cocktail. Very strong 1920s art deco plus astrology themed.
