"我不推這個旅館,簡單的看來這個地方看起來很乾淨美麗,但我的體驗很差。第一間房間裏,我幾乎沒有關燈,就睡着了,手機裏的燈光看着一條在牀上走路。我立刻通知員工,他們告訴我,這不可能,要求拍照,雖然他們換了房間,我也在第二間房間裏找到了另一,這讓我覺得這不是孤立的案子。第三次我決定換房間,但我不再相信在牀上睡覺,我終於在地上睡覺。老闆在場,從來沒能得到適當的解決方案、藉口或償還,所以請大家留心,因爲他們可以用子出來。在我的經驗中,如果問題出現在多個房間裏,我就不會再接待這裏了。"

"I had the most beautiful stay at La Paranera Hotel & Relax. Arrival was smooth and easy and check in was thoughtful and personal. The property is stunning and the room was even more stunning than the photos (Gallina room!). We spent time by the pool and enjoyed the fabulous dining, unfortunately did not have time for the spa treatments but heard great things. Would love to come back and spend more time here, this was a fabulous hotel in the heart of such a beautiful pueblo as Comala. Recommend 10/10!"
