We were really excited to visit Vigo & this hotel has a great location and looked beautiful and as we were meeting our son there , we looked forward to using the rooftop pool as advertised. I was so disappointed my son was in a camper bed , the shutters came up automatically at 8am making the room really bright & noisy. But the most disappointing was told to book the pool for on 1 hour was €25 per day per person. I was so upset and for 4 star hotel and cost was misleading. The assistant manager on reception that day when I complained was abrupt and when I said , if a pool is advertised they need to say its additional 225 for use of stay . She said it was not Ireland I was in , it was Vigo . I regret booking this hotel.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I had an interior room and the window was very small. Especially if you anticipate jetlag and find light helpful to adjust, this room type may not be for you. In the room there was a refrigerator with minibar items. And an espresso machine. Also a tea kettle. The English of the people at the front desk was good. And I was able to check in early, which was much appreciated after travel.

酒店非常容易找到,位於維戈的中心地區,旁邊是Urzaiz。房間和公共區域乾淨衛生,維護得很好。一定是最近翻新過。友好的工作人員和良好的客戶服務。早餐比我想象的好,如果入住這家酒店,我真的推薦那個選擇。早餐比一般這個價位的酒店都好。電梯小,如果有任何行李。可能它已經建在一個舊的電梯井中,從技術上來說很難擴大。除此之外,很難找到任何負面的東西,因爲酒店真的很好,特別是與便宜的價格相比。

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum Vigo. Bardzo blisko do przystanków autobusowych. Niewiele dalej do dworca kolejowego czy autobusowego. W pobliżu dużo restauracji, a także piekarnie czy sklepy. Pokój całkiem przestronny i ładnie urządzony. Czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Dobrze wyciszony. Wi-fi czy klimatyzacja działały bez problemów. Może kilka mankamentów bym znalazł (np. bardzo mała lodówka), ale wszystkie rekompensuje widok na port i estuarium Vigo. Bajka. Łazienka przyjemna i funkcjonalna. Do obsługi żadnych uwag.

這家酒店的體驗很棒,我和我的孩子在一起4天。很中心,小,但所有的細節都儘量小心。真的,我的房間有個,但只是要睡覺,不去看景色。好牀,好清,非常豐富的食物,早餐和中午餐都是因爲菜單是一餐和二餐的菜單,非常精心精心。特別想強調晚餐餐廳的女們的待遇,不錯的親切,可愛。謝謝,我肯定會回來的。

It is really a good hotel located in front of the beach, beautiful view, friendly staff, modern and cozy decoration, clean and spacious room!
The breakfast was fantastic with many voices of breads , hams and cheese!
Only two little things need to be improved :
1) the coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant, there was a button for cappuccino, but it came out the chocolate milk not coffee. I believed something wrongly set to the machines!
2) the english standard of the staff, we found only the reception staff could speak english very well, but when we dialed the extension to the bar and room services, we needed to wait someone who could understand and translated to the related dept.!
Other than that, everything was perfect!
Highly recommend to my friends and sure we will come back again next time!

Unfortunate night stay, first we assumed we could deviate from our Camino walk and get to the hotel, we had to walk back two Kilometers and then again two Kms to reach the hotel in the middle of nowhere, To be fair we ignored the road sign for the hotel thinking we could reach it from the Camino.it is not for Camino walkers. Then when we reached the hotel restaurant, cafeteria, pool were closed, and we were told no breakfast available for the Monday, not very cold drinks available in machine in lobby. Fridge not working in one of the two rooms, wonderful to have a jacuzzi in one of the rooms, but not working. Otherwise very nice rooms. We spent 25€ in taxi fares for dinner in Tui. I was upset, when you walk all day and find no facilities open, it’s no fun.

失望,景色不錯,環境相同的平常空間,豐富的早餐和品質,但是房間非常,非常但遠遠低於預期,很大的音,老,沒有一溫水,也沒有一水,可以在任何酒店裏入,窗邊牆,也沒什麼髒的...在同類酒店的下面,我還以爲會有更多的人。改善房間質量是不錯的,因爲如果他們收費好像是日常生活的價格

訪訪客Me aloje la primera semana de enero 3 noches en alojamiento y desayuno. Personal tanto de recepción como del comedor muy simpáticos y ambles. La habitación esta muy bien, limpia y daba a la calle que se agradece además me toco en la planta 4 que además pedí si podía ser, en planta alta y me la dieron lo único que al llegar no estaba lista y después del viaje pues me hubiera gustado que me la dieran al llegar. El desayuno es en la ultima planta con unas vistas espectaculares, el desayuno genial, me he alojado en varios de la cadena Eurostars y me encantan. Ubicación muy buena, a 10 minutos andado del centro, enfrente de la estación del tren y el centro comercial donde dejamos el coche porque el hotel no tiene aparcamiento pero tiene unas plazas en el centro comercial 15 euros el día, porque es imposible aparcar en Vigo y coger el coche no lo recomiendo el trafico es horrible.

訪訪客We started our summer holiday in Vigo and had 4 nights in Maroa hotel. We booked a room with balcony, even though we could see it was a quite small one. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed help to find a place to buy water for my contact lenses, and they showed me a few places where I might be able to find it, and they were right. The room itself was huge and so was the bathroom. The tv was a bit old and small, and the amount of programmes was very limited, so don't expect to spend time watching TV at night. The balcony was rather small as expected, but could fit a chair out there, where I could sit and read a book. Could have used another chair and maybe a little table, so both of us could have sat outside. Breakfast was good although not the same variety as in a large hotel. However, we got a brilliant service and eggs the way we wanted them each morning. Also the view from the rooftop is amazing at all hours of the day. A strange thing that I've never experienced before, was that the cleaning lady didn't take the tip I had laid on the bed. That was just put on my desk when she cleaned the room. Can recommend this for location, staff, views and breakfast.

We stayed there for one night. The front desk employees were very helpful, friendly and answer all our questions, they also share their personal favorite spots in the area. The room was big and very clean. The only negative was that the bathroom shower enclosure was old and let a lot of water out while we took a shower getting the whole floor wet. Other than that, everything was excellent!

訪訪客It was located perfectly in the city center. 15 minutes of walking and you are in the city centre, historical and marítima. Staff is amazing friendly and cozy. Room Was clean and big. Bathroom was good and big. Wife is excellent. The only problem can be parking if you are coming by car since there is limited space.

Hemos ido solo una noche porque estábamos de paso. La chica muy amable, barato y bien situado..La ventana da a un patio de luces pequeño, apenas entra luz por la mañana (para mi una ventaja...). La ducha con mucha presión. Habitación limpia.
