麥馬洪31號(Le 31 McMahon)

Very well situated hotel within the ramparts of Old Quebec. Walkable to all areas in Old Quebec as well as other parts of the city such as Limoilou and Saint Roch. Room was well maintained and clean. We had two small issues. There was clear documentation that rooms were cleaned every 5 days but we had to ask for housekeeping on the 6th day without. Although we arranged parking months prior and reconfirmed a few days prior, all stalls were full when we arrived to park in the evening. I think this was due to a snow pile in one of the stalls which could have been avoided either by not booking this stall or by clearing the snow (it hadn’t snowed for the last week), unfortunately it’s an issue with the remote reception concept (no staff on site).

This a small clean studio with a kitchen. It is located in Old Quebec so plenty to see near by. There are only 5 parking spaces so if you are driving, plan ahead. I wish the room had a closet to store clothes and bags but it does not which tends to make it feel even smaller. I have no complaints about my stay.

The 31 Mc Mahon staff was quick to respond, friendly and accomodating. The room was impeccable: clean, great size and amenities, comfortable bed. The setting is beautiful and ideally located in the Vieux Québec, at walking distance from the train station and from several shops, restaurants and cafes.

I loved that the rooms came with a fully equipped kitchen. Pots, pans, bowels, coffee mugs you name it they have it. The only thing I wish they had would probably be just the basic shampoo and conditioner. 10/10 will be staying again.

We found the unit to be well organized and properly stocked with household items we would need for our stay. We cooked more than what we ate at restaurants. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. We will stay there again

This small hotel is perfectly situated. It is around the corner from the most popular sites of old Quebec City and a short walk to the train station, other sites and many restaurants. Although there is no reception, every step was managed via text or email and someone was available by phone at all times. We have already recommended 31 LE McMahon to friends.

Great customer service via their online portal and easy access to the upper town of Old Quebec City. Our room was clean, modern and fully supplied with a kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave and laundry. This was a good home base for the few days exploring. The hotel is in close proximity to the main thoroughfare and restaurants and I felt pretty safe walking around alone at night. A few things to note: there is no staffed front desk (all access to staff was via chat online) and there is no elevator to the upper floors. In all, we enjoyed our stay very much!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful building and the rooms are very big and clean. If you are looking for a longer period of staying, it also comes with a full kitchen and washer and dryer in our room. Only recommendation would be if you need anything, call directly. They are very helpful over the phone! If you text, or leave notes when booking, they will not respond.
