It’s such a lovely experience that they have campsites with all the activities such as cannons and SUP etc at very reasonably price!

L’expérience avec les kangourous est tout simplement magnifique. Nous étions dans les paperbark, donc nous avions toutes les commodités (petit frigo, toilettes et douches) la seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée c’est qu’il devrait fournir un grille-pain, vaisselle ainsi que nécessaire pour le nettoyage de la vaisselle car les cuisines communes laissent vraiment à désirer, mais sinon expérience incroyable!

We stay as a family of 17 in 4 of the safari tents, there was plenty of grassed area for the 6 kids to play around in. campfire near the tents, great restaurant and bar! only bad thing was the showers in the tent area. the females only had cold water and the males had heaps of hot water. we had to use the showers near the reception area they had hot water

Wonderful outdoors experience! The location was incredible and Paperbark Tents were in great condition. Amenities were also great, there was everything you needed.

We had a great 3 nights camping here. We had booked a waterfront site, but on arrival it was blowing a gale, the woman at reception was amazing, giving us different options to check out. The brewery and bistro were fun. Live music on a Saturday. Would’ve been great to have something on the Friday too. The Apollonian Hotel is not far- highly recommend a visit to this place too. The camp kitchen: adequate. It was clean. It’s just a little dark and dingey. It would be amazing to have a few tables outside on the green grass. The amenities were fine. Yes the showers were at the main building, but there were other toilets closer to the water, so we didn’t have a problem. They were maintained for our stay. Animals !!! Kangaroos everywhere, duck families, bird life, goannas. Loved it! Recommend this place!

Pretty little spot, loads of goanna's and if your lucky you'll wake up to the kangaroos jumping in the water!! There is a pub onsite. It's about a 40min drive to Noosa however....

Beautiful, peaceful campsite with great facilities. Amazing to be surrounded by kangaroos and birds! The restaurant makes an amazing pizza! Did the Serenity Tour on the lake as well which was lovely. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great spot, weather was amazing which contributed to the amazing time. Hired paddle boards for half the day. My daughter spent hours playing/swimming in the water. Very family friendly. For the amount of people staying could have had more toilets, toilets did keep blocking but didnt have a bad experience. Had dinner one night at the restaurant and thats my only fault. Husband had tiny black bugs in his lettuce, the worker handing out the meals said " we are in a national park there are bugs everywhere" customer service poor. I as a customer understood that but these came out the lettuce. We had been cooking in our camp and didn't have bugs in our meal. He asked what did i want him to do about it. I asked for a refund, in the end didn't follow up on it as he couldn't do it there. I was more annoyed that he dismissed it as being in a national park. When im eating said I don't want bugs crawling out of it. Other than that, whole experience great!

Excellent tents mounted in a platform, well designed with good circulation of air, bathroom, fridge, and a comfortable bed. Nice balcony outside where one can enjoy the ever present wildlife. Available good places for camping and caravans. Nice, competent staff at the reception and the cafeteria/ restaurant. We enjoyed the boat tours and Kayaking very much We surely recommend

Overall we had a lovely stay here. However, when checking out of our Safari Tents we were greeted by a very unpleasant older lady at reception. We were leaving on such a high which quickly came tumbling down. The level of customer service skills this lady acquired was abysmal and left us feeling really deflated. It’s a shame our experience was tarnished by her rudeness, not just to us but everyone she dealt with that day.

The camping area is really well taken care of, the bathrooms and showers were clean and the staff was really friendly throughout the park. Kangaroos were all over the park and they seemed to be very comfortable with people around them. The bistro food was amazing and their local mango beer was out of this world. We also rented a tinnie and took it to Harry’s hut to spend the day for a very reasonable price. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be bringing the family back.

Staff are amazing, great service, stunning area with a perfect location just near the Everglades and delicious food and gelato. If I could give this place a 1000/10 I would! Would totally recommend and will come again sometime in the future!

Safari tent with ensuite was perfect for our family of four, table setting and chairs on the balcony made it easy to enjoy all the local wildlife visitors at the end of each day, easy and accessible walk to the bistro onsite and lake made it the perfect long weekend getaway

Beautiful Location let down by poor amenities and facilities.We camped in the unpowered Gums section which is a very long hot walk to the toilets and 10 min walk to showers which we oddly located near the restaurant at the entrance to the park.This was not ok especially as I have IBS and need toilet facilities close by not a half km trek away .The showers were terrible not enough of them for the amount of campers .They were dirty infrequently cleaned and the room was so hot inside with no ventilation or airflow it felt like a furnace.On a hot humid weekend it made for an uncomfortable experience I had to step outside to change as the heat made me feel sick it defeated the purpose of having a cold shower .The camp kitchen was also poorly designed and tiny with only one working bbq and seating area which was taken up by teenage girls hogging the few power points available charging their mobile phones.I hope management listen seriously to this feedback and build better amenities and more facilities near the gums camping area and invest money in employing more cleaners as people may stop coming.I know I will seriously reconsider camping there again
