Fantastic staff, excellent bed and pillows (this matters!) really nice bar and, of course, Alberto and Cristian who are both fantastic! You must go round the lake with them or 3303 in Switzerland, we loved both. ❤️❤️❤️ Enjoy breakfast on the balcony and the excellent coffee.

Vista Palaazo was an amazing experience!!! From the minute we checked in to the Succession Boat Tour with Alberto, it was awesome! Alberto was great, definitely went above and beyond!!! The location is perfect, as it is right in the center of Como and easy walking to everywhere.

We spent the weekend at the hotel. The location right at the waterfront is very central and convenient for everything. The room was beautiful and modern but in a beautiful setting. The bathroom was very modern. Breakfast in the top floor offers great views of the Lake while dining. Everything was perfect. The staff are amazing, and focus on every detail to insure we had a memorable and hassle free stay. We had to change plans mid way and Alberto and his team stepped up in a big way. He helped arrange a memorable day trip on the Lake to Bellagio, and dinner recommendations that were spot on. This really is a magical place and the staff and decor of the hotel add to this one of a kind experience. Grazie!

One of the best hotel experiences ever. The staff were wonderful, the location was great, the service impeccable, the property very plush, views from bar splendid and lastly but not least a special thanks to Alberto and Cristiano for making it memorable.

Vista Lago di Como was quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at for a long weekend getaway with my husband. The room was absolutely luxurious and was well appointed and maintained with stunning views of the lake. We chose the surprise 7 course tasting menu at their Michelin star restaurant and it was the best meal we had in Italy. Everyone that worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful, from helping with luggage and turndown service to recommendations for rainy day activities and arranging reservations and travel. We will most certainly visit the Vista hotel again in the future - next time in the summer so we get the full Lake Como experience. Thank you all for a wonderful trip! Grazie mille!

The Vista Palazzo is a fantastic hotel, the view is unmatched, the room is unmatched but the highlight of our Como trip has been the secrets of Como curated by Alberto! We feel that we’ve seen Como in a true local way! Sights & Sounds, People & Places; We experienced it all. I’m not a usual review writer, so this is truly an authentic review. Anyone who’s looking to come to Como, two things you must do: - Stay At Vista Palazzo - Meet & Trust Alberto Politeness, Courteous, Diligence are just too few words to describe the experience that was carefully curated to suit our taste. I came for a one night stay over on the way to Switzerland. After a horrible travel day (not the hotel’s fault) we arrived to a beautiful walkway with holiday decorations. We then were greeted by name by the receptionist. It’s a small hotel and apparently we were the last guests to arrive. Porter quickly retrieved our luggage and checkin process was quick and smooth. Receptionist met us at the room (elevators are quite small, but charming) and were given a wonderful room orientation. The hotel accommodated a complimentary upgrade with the American Express program and we were given a garden suite. Suite was wonderfully appointed and featured Tv in living area and bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and got a great night of sleep. The bathroom featured a wonderful standalone tub and a separate, spacious walk in shower. The amenities offered were wonderful and well branded. We wanted a quick bite to eat and were immediately accommodated at their rooftop restaurant. We were seated right away and the maitre’d / server took wonderful care of us and was very warm and friendly. In the morning, we had the breakfast buffet which was well appointed and had a lot of options for us. The service was really great as well during this meal. In the morning, we asked reception to arrange transport for us into Switzerland as there was significant train cancellations within Italy during that time. The transfer was a bit overly pricy, but I credit the hotel for accommodating us last minute. We wish were there longer, but hope to return to the hotel if I’m in Como next year, ideally in. Summer. Thanks for a great experience, it aaa well worth it.
