El recepcionista que está en las mañanas se ve que no está a gusto trabajando ahí, deberían poner gente con buena actitud para que los clientes se sientan como en casa. Uno de los dos baños en el piso 3 no servía, por lo que un baño no es suficiente para 10 huéspedes, independientemente de que el reglamento está en las habitaciones, al llegar deberían informar a los huéspedes que después del horario de las 10 pm deben de estar sin hacer ruidos por qué no dejan dormir, tuve que callarlos para poder dormir a media noche, mucha gente no es consciente y con falta de educación y respeto a los demás , para una noche solo para dormir está bien.

El porque le doy esta calificación a este hotel es por la poca experiencia que tienen el servicio y el personal que se encuentra en recepcion, lo que es muy decepcionante, no te confies de lo que te ofrecen.

Dirty & roaches The place was dirty and it had roaches. Not comfortable the whole time I was there.

The property was okay I like that it had a balcony area and hanging out space. I was on the third floor the room had like 8 beds, a closet area, and the bathroom area had two sinks in the open, the toilet in a closed space and a the shower in a closed space all within the room. Then theres one whole separate bathroom outside the rooms. I was lucky to never have to wait to use the bathroom the only issue i encountered was having a snorer in my room. Maybe not the best idea for light sleepers. I liked that the beds were like cubby’s giving privacy but I am a slight sleeper and took my chances but still managed with the snoring. Would probably stay there again.

Horrible We stayed here since it was cheaper than the rest of the hotels nearby and it was our first time trying it out. But after coming there the people were mean to my mother and told her that she needed more money in order to stay there. The host was not friendly and made our experience less than desirable. The mosquitoes are bad so bring bug spray and they have lots of roaches. there too.
