Very disappointed. Checked in on the 9th. Checked right back out on the 9th. There was no hot water and the room was not clean. Exceptionally small, NOTHING like pictured. The location of the hotel looked like it was in an area that was not safe. Standing water in the middle of the street, that you have to cross to get anywhere. The hotel was under construction so it was really noisy as well. NEVER AGAIN

Staff was absolutely amazing. I cannot express enough how helpful and kind everyone was. We truly had an amazing stay. Will be staying here again. Thank you again.

The hotel was under construction so it wasn’t the best imagine. We also found a huge roach in our room & when we requested clean towels they were never delivered. We were able to get a little earlier in our reservation & the front desk did storage our luggage on the last day while we went to old San Juan one last time

Staff was excellent & no problems during our stay. Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday in San Juan.

The service and the location were excellent. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 p.m., but they kindly made our room available at 12:00 p.m., which we really appreciated. The food was good and healthy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only downside was that our room was not cleaned on Sunday. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel because of its great location and because it has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Abitta Condado. The location is excellent—it felt very safe and put us right in the center of all the activities we wanted to explore. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also appreciated the staff at the front desk, who were very accommodating whenever we requested extra services. Beach chairs are included with your stay. While the breakfast is an additional cost, it is well worth it; the menu was fantastic and every item we tried was delicious.
